Easy to assemble. Packaged perfectly. Solid, heavy vanity once put together. Great value for the $$. Matches my rustic bathroom shower perfectly. Has some random holes in odd places for the plumbing but easy to hide with a basket.

Fairly sturdy after fumbling to install lots of screws. Looks good but really cheap materials. If this wood gets wet it will dissolve. Bowl is heavy and faucet is junk. I replaced it with Moen which cost more than the whole sink. I'll try it out in my Barndo garage bathroom.

A sturdy, nicely designed alternate to the DIY stores offerings at a third of the price. The holes are accurately placed, the vernier looks convincing, the supplied hardware includes extras in case something gets lost, which is much appreciated, and the pieces are labeled for easy assembly. I would recommend to friends and/or buy this again.

Remodeling a small bathroom

The unit comes in two pieces. One for the base and one for the bowl. (I got the base and black bowl). The base box is very heavy, so be aware. Putting the base together took 4 hours and there are a lot of pieces. Once built, I found no gray tones to give it a rustic, farm, weathered look. It's pressed partical board with a shine. Should you leave a wet towel on the top for a long time, it would probably warp the "wood." You would be best to consider adding a waterproof top.
