This is a variety pack of three 8-ounce bags of rice mix: yellow, cilantro lime and Mexican with corn. Like most rice mixes, you boil two cups of water and a little olive oil, adding the rice mix once it's boiling, and cooking it for 20 minutes. My favorite so far is the yellow rice. I have trouble with cilantro as I'm one of those people for whom cilantro tastes like soap, but my husband had no problem with it.These bags are very convenient. I am going to use the Mexican one tonight as I am making chicken in a clay pot. They are versatile because you can add chopped veggies to them while they're cooking. I like to add sweet potato and some greens to make it all healthier.About the Ingredients:The sodium is a bit high. For example, in the cilantro: Four servings per container, 650 mg sodium per serving or 28% daily.Mostly natural ingredients, except for one preservative and food coloring. Contains sugar.The yellow mix does contain saffron, but it also contains artificial red and yellow food dye. So does the Mexican. If they just used turmeric, they'd have the same effect without having to use artificial ingredients. Dyes are a deal breaker for me. The saffron and the Mexican both contain MSG, which is not an issue for us anymore.The price is ok. Made in Florida, USA.

Like some other reviewers, this preseasoned rice is tasty by itself or as an item customizable to your liking and taste preference. Good product in my opinion.

Nice to get 3 products in 1 package. Very convenient

This is a three pack of rice. Each bag is a different flavor; I preferred the cilantro and lime over the others. The flavor is all of them is decent, but for me it was too salty. Other people who like really salty foods might enjoy it more. I wish these didn't contain chicken. It doesn't add to the flavor and really just makes what would normally be a dish everyone can eat into a dish that vegetarians can't enjoy.It takes about 30-35 minutes to cook, but there is no prep and no need to be constantly stirring or adding things to the pot, so you can use that time to do something else. It's not the fastest-cooking side dish, but I think it's worth the time.

The rice arrived in good condition - 3 bags (each containing a different flavor), measuring 8oz each. The seasoning is mostly mixed in to the rice but there are also some individual bigger pieces that can be mixed in or removed (if you want less intensity in the flavor. I followed the cooking instructions - 2 cups of water for 1 package of rice and it worked well. The rice did take a bit longer to cook and the texture is on the softer side. It is a very delicious rice and goes great with chicken, fish or by itself.

Haven't had a chance to eat the rice yet!
