These olives have become one of my favorites. They’re huge, which both makes me feel indulged and a class act when I put them out for guests BUT more importantly, the taste and texture, are wonderful.

I bought these with the idea to prepare some Spanish Olives Tapas for snacking and for visitors that come often. Anytime I travel to Spain and Morocco I bring back olives because I just love them and at times is hard to find great substitutes near me. Buying this jar saved me money, for the exact same flavor I look for. I did the tapas risking eating them all by themselves while at it, such a buttery-bitter flavor on your tongue and so "meaty" and weren't overly salted, which is a common mistake many companies do for preservation that risks the palate. I shared the tapas over toasts and crackers with friends and even had good leftover to eat with cheese. Planning to buy another jar to stuff them as well, as their size is perfect. I would definetly buy again.

We love olives, and I was excited to try these in a Spanish style gin martini with vermouth and manzanilla sherry. The olives tasted off and the brine ruined the dirty martini. Unfortunately a waste of money, the almost full jar went straight in the trash. Not sure if I just got a bad batch, but the lid said they didn’t expire until 2026…

These olives had a very different taste than other olives we have had, however after having them in the refrigerator for a few days and getting them good and cold they are tasting much better. They just seem to have a milder flavor than others we have had.

Excellent garnish for martinis

The olives tasted okay, not that nice. I would have liked them to be a bit more salty and flavorful. These are just bland. Also, they need to be consumed within 4 days after being opened and refrigerated. Very low shelf life given the size of the jar!

These are great tasting olives, with a firm, almost crisp texture. Not one bad pitted olive found. The only negative is the jar is NOT full, as shown in the pictures attached.
