Not what is advertised
Extremely disappointed in product. Product description states there is a reversible insert for either medals or document. There is no insert. The thin layer of felt is attached to the backing of the shadow box which makes mounting medals extremely difficult. We have purchased these same boxes for many, many years and the quality has gone way down hill in the last 5 years. I was hoping that with the description listed, the manufacturer had returned to the ones we loved using. That description is completely inaccurate. Now, I have to manage with what I received because it is too late for me to shop around for something different. Plus one of the items received, the frame was broken and in all 5 that I purchased the glass had fallen out of the shadow box during shipment.
