Dearly loved set here
We searched near & far locally to find my son a knight set, but finally to Amazon did we have to traverse. This set has a great dragon figure and a ton of knights. It’s pretty standard quality for plastic play men, but my kids love the sheer quality of “guys” and the dragon is a nice touch. Plus the various weapons and castle pieces.Great set for boys 6-8 who still dream of slaying dragons and rescuing villages!

Exactly what my 5 year old wanted!
A billion little knights! It's exactly what my 5 year old expected it to be when he used his allowance to buy this set. He loves them! We have epic battles. That being said, as the adult, I wish the little figures were sturdier. Because they are so small, they do get left on the floor sometimes unnoticed and get stepped on. A gentle step is enough to snap them off their stands. The larger knights are plenty sturdy. The dragon is enormous and durable, but doesn't stand up well which definitely hinders the imaginative play. It also comes with some rocks, flags, vines, and walls which feel mostly unnecessary and not of great quality. But my son likes them well enough. Would definitely buy again for this price, but with expectations that align with the price.

Great set
Fun to play with. Lots of figures with weapons and accessories. Dragon included is great. Other sets like this also include a medieval castle. All sets are fun for kids.

Bad molds
Had 18 soldiers without arms and or their head wouldn't recommend buying it.

Oh, dear!
The castle seen in my photos was my father's. I bought the knights to replace his set that was missing. I imagined I'd pass the castle & knights along to my grandchildren some day.I wasn't expecting much for what I paid, but I did expect that all the knights would be roughly the same size. Also, I thought they would be whole. One vintenary was made up of knights with no upper bodies--all butts and legs. One guy had no ankles or feet and one poor guy was only legs. I suppose these could be scattered around the dragon as dinner leftovers. The siege weapons and other & pieces are strange and purposeless, bits of greenery that don't seem to attach to anything, lots of boulders, flags and flag holders that don't fit together. The one good piece is the dragon, but he's not worth purchasing the set for.

Huge set with a good case
Little me would've been all over this - dozens and dozens of little army men with a catapult and dragons. The plastic on some of the bigger pieces seems a bit light, but for the smaller pieces they seem quite durable (or at least plenty for their size).Stepping on the small ones should be survivable, but some of the bigger ones would probably break. It does come with some padding pieces on the dragon to keep it in good shape, which I appreciated - often larger toys like that can be bent due to shipping, which this should help stop. All in all it's a good set and not too pricey. Should allow your kids many nice large battle scenes.
