Go buy it from the hardware store store this is cheap junk absolutely dissatisfied. Waste of time and money didn’t come in time for the memorial for our family member so disappointed the materials are so cheap.not only did it not come it had to be replaced and and reset because it was missing somewhere than to get cheap unusable material because it looks nothing like that

I liked them and made it work. They sent me the wrong sizes and I had to buy the purple scarf and crochet ‘em separately.

Horrible. No directions and parts are flimsy and cheap. Wasted my money!

1. Product did not come as pictured — none of the accessory items (sash, crown, flowers) are included.2. Package did not include necessary hardware — no nuts to match the bolts; the bolts are too short to affix the planks; and package included a flat head screwdriver but the only screws are phillips.

The cross is excellent and easy to put together. However the support is not good and it falls. One of the supports broke.

Does not stand on its own, cheap wood. Dont buy for outdoors.

So like others have said, the wood is thin for the cross. But I’m not really dissatisfied with that. I kind of assumed that it wouldn’t be solid wood and honestly the wooden base is pretty thick.My problem is that the screws aren’t even the correct ones or size that the instructions say to use!! It has no instructions with the package so I’m back on Amazon trying to use the online ones. Mine comes with zero nuts to go with the screws either. And looking at it, there are places where there aren’t the correct predrilled holes.It’s incredibly confusing when you don’t at the very least have the correct hardware.I’m going to use wood glue at first before trying to screw it together and I’m still afraid that I’m going to split the wood.
