I love Simple Modern tumblers, they always deliver. However, I’ve washed this tumbler several times and it still smells a bit like chemicals inside the tumbler. I don’t know what else to do. Otherwise, I love it and it’s a pretty color.

I bought the Used - Like New expecting a messed up box and nothing else wrong (because that's my previous experience). This time I was burned by my decision because while the cup looks great, it is missing the second straw that should have come with it. Not a deal breaker, but definitely disappointing.

They cup looks great and functions okay, though it does leak easily around the straw right away if you tilt the cup or it falls over. The handle and straw are very comfortable and easy to use. But after using this cup daily for a month, I am back at the search for the perfect 40 oz cup. I CANNOT get the lid open! I have a hard time opening this lid anyway, but when you have been drinking out of it and need to refill it, its like it over tightens and is impossible to get off. Even without overtightening, this lid is a nightmare to open. After a month of this daily, I am tired of the frustration.
