No lip on screen side.
There is no lip on the edge of the screen with this case. My screen cover is now chipped in two places on the edge of the screen from a shallow drop. Never had an issue with my other phone case for the first 1.5 years of having the phone.

Great case but it is for the old version of pixel 2 it doesn't fit the newer version
