When i put these on for the first time i found them really uncomfortable and couldn't keep them on for now, having now worn them a handful of times i can keep them on for longer however there are times where they are uncomfortable. These are easy to put on but do take a while to put in the right place, they do feel like they are helping with my aching arches. I don't feel like these will be a long term solution as i can't wear them with shoes on but for now a quick fix.

Not for big feet?
I wear size 11 shoes and these are impossibly tight on my feet. After two hours in my own, warm living room my feet felt like blocks of ice. They may well be worth trying if you have smaller feet...
