Restrial Life Yoga Headstand Bench(Soild)

Update: Contacted the company and the fixed the situation. Great customer service and an even better product. Would be 5/5 if not for the initial missing piece, but definitely a 5 star product.Want to love this, but it arrived without the necessary wooden crossbars to connect the two larger wooden pieces. Without these the entire bench doesn’t work and is quite frankly very unsafe. The shipping boxes were pristine so the necessary parts were never added to the box. Very sad as I was really looking forward to this.

I was surprised how sturdy the bench was. It stays in place on my Yoga mat and you can do a whole practice with it. The inversions are much easier with the bench; ideal if you want to add more core work. Glad I found this product for half the price of the famous brand one.Edit: not sure what the max weight is it will carry, but it held up my partner who is 190lbs and he felt safe.

First of all, the assembly was quite easy, and required no additional tools. The bench itself is sturdy and functions quite well just as a seat. It comes with a 4 step instruction to teach you how to headstand onto the bench and it really is that simple. The support is great, and overall very comfortable.

I researched headstand benches. There are some more expensive benches. This was a GREAT PRICE. It is very sturdy and well made. It takes the pressure off the neck and it feels comfortable on the shoulders. The padding of cushion is good. Very simple to put together. I am very VERY PLEASED with my purchase.

Love this!! I’m really sad because I was sure that I ordered the white and ended up with the black instead, but this is a really great product. Well-made, sturdy and has really helped me step up my inversions to a new level.

I'm so happy I bought the headstand bench. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The quality is excellent for the price. I have neck issues, so this enables me to enjoy headstands and inversions again. I love it!

Absolutely lovvvvve it! I can’t get off it- I found so many ways to use it. I am also using it as a bench for hip thrusts for my glute workout day. The bench is super sturdy and easy to put together

Just as other reviewers have said, it was easy to put together, great quality, sturdy. It was exactly what I was expecting and I’m excited to continue to play around with it!
