Great value, easy install
This is a nice product, a good price and easy installation. Hardest part is removing the body mount bolts from the truck, once they are out the bars install very quickly without much hassle. Good instructions.

Great looking running boards
These boards look great and are quite sturdy. Instructions for installation were easy to follow and had a descriptive list of all included parts/bolts. I would buy again.

Great Looking without breaking the bank!!!
I had been looking for some sidesteps for my 2019 Chevy Silverado LD, extended cab. This sidesteps were just perfect. They arrived promptly in a large box, the box was damaged, and I was concerned that I would have damaged or missing parts, but everything was packaged very well inside. The installation process is pretty straightforward, you just need to remove the 3 large bolts (on each side) that attach the frame to the body of the truck, but that is easier said than done. Although the actual installation is easy, it’s the removal of this bolts that makes it difficult. The instructions caution against using pneumatic tools for the removal of these bolts. Fortunately, I had a cheater bar that I used with my socket and rachet to remove these bolts. On my truck, I had an easier time removing the driver's side bolts vs the passenger side, and it did take some muscle to get these bolts removed.I did only remove one bolt at a time and install each mounting bracket one at a time (for fear of not being able to line up the bolts if I took all three off at the same time), and once all 3 mounting brackets were installed, I then attached the sidesteps. I was able to do this all by myself by installing the front end of the sidestep to the mounting bracket and then the back end to the other bracket, and finally attaching it to the middle bracket. I protected the rear end of the sidestep by using the materials in the that they were packaged in, while it rested on the ground.Like I said the installation process was pretty easy, the difficulty will depend on how easy you may be able to remover the frame to body mounting bolts. Even with a cheater bar to use ,the passenger side took more time than driver’s side for me. All in all, it took me approximately 3 hours to install completely. But the end result is they look great and make getting in and out of my truck easier now!!!

Easy to install, look nice, good price.
I bought these after my last set of running boards rusted through (different brand). These were really easy to install, took about an hour by myself. It really helps to have a second person there to hold them in place while you put in the first two bolts. They are nice looking and good quality. They fit easily onto my 2001 Silverado 2500HD.One thing I liked was that it has a support bar in the middle. My last set only bolted to the vehicle at the two ends and had no center support. It does flex some when I step on it, but I'm 220 lbs so that is expected honestly. You will want a ratchet with an extension and a breaker bar. I only needed the breaker on maybe 3 out of the 6 body bolts. They were honestly really easy to take out and then reinstall after the first turn broke free. Other recommended tools: torque wrench, anti-seize lubricant (for reinstalling the bolts).

Some brand/model years listed may not fit without additional mechanical skills, material
While the product looked virtually like what was on the vehicle that rusted out and needed replacing, the mountings were different than the original. That and the brackets provided would not mount correctly as the vehicle manufacture changed what body bolts were available to remove and install bracket onto. In this case, the front and center brackets mounted to body shock bolts correctly, however the back ones no longer existed as the rear bracket bolts were no longer there, replaced by upward facing welded studs used to mount the rear seats in the quad king cab. That made the mounting surface 5 inches different than had it used the shock mount bolt design un the box to frame. So I had to fabricate steel spacers, welded and provide a fastening method to secure the spacers to the frame. a combination of steel fabrication, welding, painting, seat and stud removal, replacement, reinstall seats, secure, seal from weather, secure spacers then bolt supplied brackets to the spacers. Plus the supplied rear brackets were reversed marked, DR for Drivers Rear and PR for Passenger Rear were mismarked and actually swing the other direction. So DR gets mounted on Passenger side Rear, while PR gets mounted on Drivers side Rear. It's a not a quick, drop in replacement as described for the 2018 Chevy quad king cab frame style. But it does function well and looks like the previous step pipes. With the slight differences of this design, believe the pipes won't rust in the same way as this one had vented ends for water to not collect inside,

They’re pretty good
Overall like the steps needed them mainly for my wife to get into my lifted truck, they look great on my truck so I don’t mind at all. Only thing is they do seem to flex a little when stepped on but I assume that is just from the body mounts but the overall product is great quality, brackets are strong aswell. And instructions are fairly easy for anyone to understand took me less than 30 min to install
