Icemaker does not work, and could not get product support
To our disappointment, Amazon says there is no product support for this side-by-side refrigerator freezer and the icemaker will not work. We have had help from installers who provide such services and they were not able to determine why the icemaker did not work so we are stuck with no icemaker.

High pitched hissing noise
Looks great but emits a constant high frequency high pitched noise. There is no way I can keep this fridge with this noise.

Does Not Come With a Water Filter
Do not hook up the water line until you purchase a water filter. It's encasement is empty and will leak water without it. PLUS, there's no reference nor recommendations for what type of filter it needs.
