We live in an apartment and the back patio has just a small strip of dirt. We have tried to get grass to grow there for the last couple of years with no success. So this is the perfect alternative! It's also cool because if we want to we can take it with us if we move to another place! Works great for us!

So as people have stated in other reviews, this did not come rolled up, it came folded. So there were quite a few creases in it, and is a little harder to get it to smooth out. But the turf itself is fine. I used it to put in front of a balloon arch for Super Bowl and it looked great.

Great! Very, very good value. We have patio stone near our pool and the dogs love to go onto the stone after they have a swim with us. We already have some different plastic grass there, but this grass is so much better! We laid it out yesterday and invited the dogs to test it out. They were laying on it, rolling on it and just all around showing their approval of this new doggie outdoor carpet to relax on come summer fun time. It is a soft texture, not hard like plastic grass turf. Really nice height on the grass to give it a nice feel on your bare feet...yes...I took my sneakers off and walked on it. Very soft on your toes. Water should drain right thru it. I supposed you could use this for potty training a puppy, too, it is that good. But we are using it for the dogs to relax on after a nice, supervised swim. The dogs, and us, say 20 stars!! NICE and very happy with it!! : )

This came folded despite the description and picture that it is rolled. Hoping it flattens out after a few days.

I was so excited for this for my puppy but it’s terrible quality. Was shedding from the moment I took it out the packaging. The Grass is so loose that there are multiple bald patches.

This large piece of turf is exactly what is needed for puppy training. I am in a cold climate and it isn't practical to start outdoor training at this time. My puppy area consists of his toys and climbing obstacles and In the corner I have placed this turf roll.I found a remnant piece of linoleum, cut it to size and built a 4x6 frame to hold it all. I use flat cardboard under the turf and between it and the linoleum. I pick up poo, change the cardboard and wash/sanitize the underlayer of linoleum frequently.My pup uses this area exclusively and we have not had any accidents for weeks.When the weather warms up I will move this turf outside and he will already know that it is his place as he explores a larger world.I would recommend this turf to anyone with dogs and in any environment. It cleans easily and dried quickly.

I’m doing my backyard in artificial grass. I have been using a piece of grass here and there. This great quality swatch is the perfect size for my last piece needed. It’s going to be a nice addition and it looks great. I used metal U hook pins to secure it into the dirt. The grass has a good nap to it. I used my artificial grass rake and it almost looks real. I’m hoping it stands up to the desert heat this summer. We have nine good weather months here where I live and I love sitting on my patio enjoying the backyard. Now I have what looks like grass without having to water it. I would definitely recommend this artificial grass for anyone who wants to have the look of grass without the maintenance.

I got this product to put on my deck in my apartment. It came folded in a plastic bag. The backing is too stiff to get it smooth out. I've tried putting weights on it, pulling it, etc. My next attempt is to heat it with a hair dryer, but I'm reluctant to do that thinking it could be flammable. As soon as I took it out of the bag, the chemical smell was overwhelming. For this reason, you can not use this in an indoor setting. As any artificial turf, it certainly can not fool a pet into thinking it's the real thing. It could look more realistic if it laid flat - which I'm still working on.
