I don't have a reference point for this kind of product but what I have found is that it does generate foam and that's pretty much it.No instructions are included so you just have to figure it all out yourself but it is not that tricky. Seems to be built well and was easy to attach to my Karcher washer. Foam solution goes in the bottle and the whole thing is then attached to the Karcher. You vary the intensity of the foam by rotating the yellow control at the top and the spread by rotating the front part.I have seen plenty of expensive options available but as I have not tried them I can only comment on this one. It does work well and I think for the £13ish it is not bad as this way of washing does help made car washing fun and easier. The foam solution I got foe this smells of cherry so it does freshen the air as you wash your car.

This foam lance kit for the Karcher washer system arrives in a plain sealed clear plastic bag with no instructions for use and so you will need to work it all out for yourself. There are similar foam lance systems available for other main washer systems (Bosh, Nilfisk, and Lavor) all using the same bottle just with different head fittings for each device. Basically you add the foam liquid to the bottle, joind the filter tube to the bottom of the nozzle, connect the nozzle to the bottle, connect the other part of the input side of the nozzle to the power washer via a tube (NOT supplied), switch on the power and point the nozzle at the desired target and turn an ON/OFF adjuster on the bottle to ON. It is a cheap and useful device for the applicable power washer and it works.

This was delivered in a simple plastic bag without any instructions although the product's web page on Amazon does give some details.When I first tried it to clean my car I put three capfuls of detergent in the tank, screwed the top on and it attached easily to my Karcher K4 pressure washer. After turning the pressure washer on I was very disappointed because there weren't any suds at all, never mind the claimed 'snow foam' and turning the dial on the top didn't make any difference. I reverted to using my Karcher one which although it doesn't produce lots of suds does produce some.I was sure I must either be doing something wrong or the lance wasn't working properly so I had another look at it. I then noticed that something was floating in the tank. I emptied the tank and extracted a plastic tube. This needed to be attached to the top part of the lance for it to be able to syphon the detergent solution. It must not have been assembled correctly in the first place because the black filter part was at the top. I tried it again on my wife's car and it produced lots of suds, more than my Karcher one does. I wouldn't say it was 'snow foam' but there were more than enough. Maybe for snow foam you need a particular detergent.I had the dial turned to maximum and it used about half of the tank on a small hatchback. The dial is rather stiff to turn but may get easier with use. The handle moulded into the tank is useful for carrying it after filling it.Now that it's working properly I'm happy to recommend it especially as it's currently significantly less expensive than similar ones available on Amazon.

I cannot actually comment on the usage of this product at this current time (I will update in the future when I can) as the the weather has been far too bad for me to do a hand wash at home however basing this off of build quality I do have high hopes that the usage will be just as good. It is sturdy and stays upright when filled with liquid, which makes it super easy to store. I have an existing snow foam bottle/lance and this one is built much better.

This review is for the Karcher fittingGood size bottle, 1 litre with measurements on the side.I like the cap which is also a measure for your detergentThe top part can be put on either way making it suitable for left it right handed use.The fitting is correct for Karcher, Easy to fit and easy to use.Adjustable for more or less water, the spray angle can also be adjusted.If you need a proper foam, rather than the spray you get when using the detergent pipe on the karcher then this is what you want.I like the handle, nice to carry and for stability when filling.Good all rounder and great value for money.

This inexpensive accessory works well with my Karcher pressure washer. As many others have said - it works just as well as any of the branded units but for a fair bit less money. At around £13 it gives great results provided that you have read the reviews on how to correctly assemble it as there aren't any instructions provided (this omission lost it a star).

A good addition to your car cleaning kit. Snow foam is a game changer with the right tools. This fits perfectly on my Karcher pressure washer, and with a quality snow foam liquid it gives a good snow foam to any car.There is a measuring jug that comes out of the side opening - ideal for measuring concentrated solutions. The bottle is also marked with 250, 500, 750 millilitre and 1ltr levels to make mixing solutions easy.I got a good even snow foam straightaway and you can adjust the spray by rotating the black barrel at the front. On the top of the black lance is a control that sets the mixture rate for the water to wash fluid.So happy I not only washed my car, but also my wife's!
