Hubbie was having trouble getting his walks in, this surprisingly does the job. I tried it, but turned it up a few notches ad got a good workout. Good product.

Easy to use, without strain on legs and knees
I purchased this after an accident to my knee and leg. Needed some to work my muscles but not put strain on joints. This was the answer, easy to use, I would watch TV or read while using. Provided muscle retention. Great product for size and cost.

So easy to use and sooo quiet.
Unit operates so quiet and pedals move so smooth. I can read, do crafts or just watch tv and without interruption. This unit will replace my stationary bike, a I find it hard to get motivated to go in a separate room for the bike and it's boring. This unit allows me to use it wherever I wish and I don't feel isolated.
