Works well -- terrible user manual
We haven't used it yet, It has taken several days to get it set up properly. This isn't due to any complications with the design. It appears to be well designed and is simple to set up once you know what to do@!? The issue is the manual. The unit comes with two sets of jets, one for natural gas and the other for propane. But the manual does not tell you which set to use for either fuel, or which set is installed. I had to contact support to learn that the natural gas jets are installed. On the bright side, their support is quite responsive and I had the answer within 24 hours.I attached the gas hose and attempted to light the burner, but there was no spark from the ignition device. I lit it with a match and the flame was very uneven with a tall yellow flare. While their manual describes adjusting the air supply to the burner, my device didn't match their pictures or description.I again contacted support and again, within 24 hours had an answer. They replied "it sounds like you didn't install the battery." Battery, what battery? None was supplied, nor was it mentioned in the manual. Neither did their reply tell me the battery type or location. However, I turned the unit over and found a black cover that could be for a battery. Sure enough, it enclosed a space that looked like it would house a standard D cell. I had one and installed it. Voila, the igniters worked like a charm and for what ever reason, the burner flames were now perfectly even and blue. The manual is written by a non-native English speaker and can be cumbersome to interpret, but I believe the outer ring of flames are supposed to extinguish when the knob is turned past the "ON" (erroneously labeled "MAX" in the manual) position into the "LOW" area which would leave only the small inner ring burning for very low heat. This is a neat idea, but it didn't seem to work for me. Both the inside and outside flames are fully adjustable once they are ignited. Possibly this feature will work when a pan is on the burner and the unit is heated properly. We bought this item in November 2023 and it is now February 10 of 2024. In the last several days we have canned and also cooked about 50 quarts of soup and chili on this cooktop. It seems to be quite sturdy. It has held full Canner loads of food as well as a large pot with 16 quarts of chili and shows no signs of bending or warping. It brings our canners up to pressure more quickly than our electric range on the large burners. It seems to be quite handy for heavy duty work such as canning in 16 or 22 quart canners. One person mentioned the cook top is hard to turn low enough to simmer small quantities of food. I haven’t tried that, but it might be accurate since the unit will hold 12 pounds of pressure on a setting that is nearly as low as possible. However, I am well pleased with this cooktop, as it does everything we want to do.

Stove
It’s served the purpose. This stove is connected to natural gas. Connected to natural gas line. It doesn’t come with gas connection or regulator so you need to buy that separately. But the price I paid it’s worth it.

This is a beast
This cooking stove gets the job done. Be quick when cooking. Because this gets hot superfast, and it has no idea what low heat or simmer is. Hey Vevor, you always fix the kinks. So how about better temperature control. Now that's what happen to my eye brows, to damn that food got burnt quick. Still love it because i know this item will get better. GET ON IT!!!!!!
