Easy to put on

Used this bandage to help keep a tattoo dry while it was healing. Also ended up using it to keep a wound dry until stitches were removed. It's a good amount of covering you get for the price, but you do have to be careful when applying it. Because it comes rolled up, I'd suggest cutting the amount that you need then remove the solid white backing first, then the side with the grid, or pressing it between two books to help it lie flat. I fumbled the first few times until I figured that part out. Also, the part that has a little lip to help you with applying it is tricky, once the rest is on you have to use your fingernail to lift just the paper without wrinkling the material.I have also struggled with trying to get the full bandage to stick, so cut a little more than you need and try it on a different body part first prior to covering the tattoo.Once it's on it feels like a second skin and is very comfortable.

I really wish it would have been in flat sheets instead of being rolled up because that made it so much more difficult to work with and made it have wrinkles in the film

This will not stick or stay to skin. Just becaus it LOOKS like saniderm doesn’t mean it will be anywhere close to quality, this is money you won’t get back. Shameful

So after i opened the item only to find super thin rolls.im aware the site has measurements in the photos,however I also am aware that some people with disabilities such as dyslexia who also failed math with flying colors and already feel embarrassed about that, uses photos as a way to see how big or small an item is. In many of advertised items the pictures are photoshopped to appear much larger than actually is. Especially when its every photo that has been photoshopped. Rather it should be a rule that if your going to do that they should also require actual size photos,such as a person who is holding the actual sized item this way a person can determine this way how big or small the item is.or up against a ruler to show actual size.that being said tegaderm is a great item to have in your first aid bag but also great for anyone with any type of deep or large type wounds.these keep the wound clean and free from germs that could get in and cause major problems. Also great for any type of required covering for medical purposes. Its large,waterproof, keeping away dirt and infection causing dirty debri.keeps the wound clean.a must have for anyone requiring similar needs.

This isn’t thin plastic bandage it’s tough and it’s not very sticky or bendable.. doesn’t work well for tattoo…

I put this over a new tattoo and within an hour it was peeling up on the edges. When I took a shower, it almost seems like it shrank and it in fact did let water in. Waste of money, wish I just spent the extra for the real deal
