LUV IT!
This is an amazing little teapot. I enjoy now, being able to easily make looseleaf tea as well as use teabags. It stays hot and steeps the tea perfectly.

Lid
This is a very pretty teapot and the order arrived promptly. However, the lid doesn't have that little lip that prevents it from falling off when pouring your tea. UPDATE: I received a message from the seller offering me a full refund. I have used the pot. I like it and am keeping it. I'm updating to 5 starsbecause of the excellent customer service.

Works perfectly and looks great in the kitchen
This kettle has been great for brewing loose leaf longjing tea, especially because I can brew it, remove the basket, and take the teapot to my office to continuously pour and drink while my tea stays warm. I purposely got a non-glass pot for this reason (better insulation) and I’m very happy with it. Plus it looks nice and decorates our kitchen when not in use!
