So, if you read my first review below, you know that we had "leaking" issues with the first shower head and that the company was shipping us a replacement. It appears that both washers in the box were bad.Fast forward to today, (Aug. 19th), I received the replacement shower head and the washers in this box were better...simply put...they worked and there are no leaks! Whoo-hoo!! : )THANK YOU Hopopro for making things right and for making me a happy customer!I can honestly give it a 5-star rating now.I LOVE the 5 spray settings and the water pressure is perfect...forceful but not hard.I do highly recommend this shower head and it's currently on sale. Which is definitely big enough.We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the box and found the Teflon tape, a little wrench AND a shower cap all included.Wow! Nice touch. : )Unfortunately, after spending over 30 mins placing the washer inside several times because it kept leaking once the water was turned on, we gave up and EMAILED the company.We ended up sending 2 different videos showing the leaking issue.We may have just gotten one with bad washers; not sure.But the company is shipping us a replacement.My biggest complaint is that you can't call and talk with anyone. Everything is done by email.So, it took 3 days going back and forth in email to finally get them to send us a replacement.Hopefully the next one will be a success because it really is a nice shower head. Really great showerhead so glad that I purchased it. The price was very reasonable and the features to it are exactly what I was looking for simple installation easily adjustable highly recommend. In fact I already bought another one from my other bathroom.

My first impression was of disappointment inasmuch as the body of the shower head appears to be made of some type of plastic and is not made of a a metallic material as it appears to be in the photos on Amazon. That being said, the shower head came poorly packaged in the box as the washer and the courtesy wrench were loose and shook loose in the box. Installation was rather easy. However, once installed, the swivel feature of the shower head was way, way too loose as the shower head did not remain in a desired position. Rather, the shower head kept dropping and pointed the stream of water almost in a directly downward direction.......I have contacted customer service and will definitely revise this review if customer service properly addresses the situation.UPDATE: changed this to a "5" star review after a short series of emails back and forth with the seller who will be shipping us a new shower head due to the problem with the original shower head.......since this problem has been resolved, we are most happy with the way the new shower head is performing......another note is that both shower heads came in different boxes and packaged very differently......the origianl came in a basically plain brown unmarked box with loose parts and the head covered in a Styrofoam type bag.......the replacement head cam in a bit fancier blue box(as depicted in the photos) with the head more nicely packed in a hard plastic type frame......the origianl shower head box definitely appeared much skimpier.....however, both shower heads worked exceptionally well except for the origianl failing to remain in an upward position.....this seller certainly stands by their product.....

Easy to install. They include silicone tape and a small wrench that fits the device. The head is small, but delivers a lot of water. Just what we were looking for--and the price is right.

The price made me skeptical cause its cheap but it works amazing. HEAVY PRESSURE! The combo settings are my fave & less than 5 min install.

So far, So good! I was tired of an old shower head that barely let any water through so I bought this one along with a filter. It took me about 15 minutes to install, but only because I took the time to read the instructions even though I didn't need to. I took my first shower in it this morning and had my best shower in years! No leaks, strong pressure and a pleasant spray. Can't wait to get dirty so I can use it again!

Was interested in buying a new shower head and my consumer report arrived in my email and surprise it had a review of shower heads and thus unit while being the least expensive of the units tested it had the best score. I purchased and the it included a free shower cap an extra washer and screen as well as a mini wrench to tighten the shower head on to the down pipe. 1st shower was amazing.

It' is marketed as a high pressure shower head. It has a restrictor to limit it to 1.8 gpm +_ the massage was the only feature I wanted and it wasn't even noticeable. The combination of large number of outlets and limited flow in the "soft rain" (not sure what they called it) cooled the temperature of the water to the point it was much cooler than our other shower head. The mist functions did work but was more of an above head steam generator which didn't supply much water for the person trying to shower. It seemed well built but poorly designed and totally mislabeled as "high pressure"
