How do you wire doorbell for 15Va output?

15VA is the power of the transformer. This transformer can output either 12v or 24v.

When connecting the 230v l&n wires do they go in 1(l) or 6(n)? and 7-9-12 are n-l-l ? bought for g4

1 and 6 are live/neutral in (either way around since its ac and not dc) 9 and 7 or 9 and 12 would give you 12v ac, 7 and 12 would give you 24v ac

Will it work in UK 240v?

Yes it will work in UK at 240Volts
