It’s amazing! Wonderful price for a high quality item. It works beautifully and looks great! We put it in our garage.

We purchased this freezer to replace a smaller capacity freezer that we had in our garage. It does an excellent job freezing food. We added an extra shelf which was Westlake brand, but fits this freezer as well. Before I ordered, I contacted the Icecasa support with questions about specifications and shipping method. Their responses were both quick and helpful. I was particularly worried about getting the freezer off of the shipping pallet, but they sent a picture of the pallet and I could see that I and my wife could easily take apart the pallet and roll the freezer into the garage. The shipper was nice enough to get the pallet just inside the garage. We then tore apart the pallet support and lowered wheels to the floor.Now for the caveats. While not terribly noisy, I would not want this unit in my house. Also, the unit is not as energy efficient as our old freezer which was energy star rated. We got twice the capacity as we had before, but the electric use looks to be three times as high. I monitor energy use with a smart plug so I have good data to substantiate this. However the only energy star rated freezer like this I could find cost almost three times as much. My monitoring shows that I could save about 3 kWh per day with an energy star rated unit. For us, that is a savings of 30 cents a day or roughly $100 per year.Hopefully the manufacturer will upgrade their insulation in the future, then this would be a fantastic freezer.

Work as described. Temperature was preset. The cooling cycle was quick in my opinion when compare with another brand in the store but may be it is per ICECASA design. Will see how long it lasts.

Really nice and quiet freezer with a lot of space! Customer service was excellent! They went above and beyond to help!Long story short: The freezer broke down after few months of use - well, it happens. We do not use it for food so no harm was done. It was unknown why it broke. I have contacted ICECASA. They have texted me back. A bit of unorthodox, but we kept conversating that way. I have been provided with email address to submit short video of what was happening to freezer. It looked like the compressor went bad. I have been asked to find local repair shop to provide services which I was later reimbursed for. Apparently, the door gasket was loose and that affected harder working compressor to compensate for loss of temperature. The gasket was fixed, refrigerant refilled, and we have discovered there was no need to replace the compressor. All went back to good! I would highly recommend this company. They told me they are expanding service coverage in US so I think soon it should be like SEARS service everywhere. ICECASA have earned my high confidence. Good product and service. I started out ordering the Icecasa Refrigerator from this vendor, and quickly figured out that this was not what I needed for my business. Refrigerators in general create humidity and I made the mistake of ordering one instead of a freezer. The vendor replied right away to my return request, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating to my needs. They first tried to help me lower the humidity of the refrigerator, but when that didn't work, they worked around my international travel schedule to set up pickup of the refrigerator, even offering to expedite delivery. I ended up exchanging for their freezer, which I love. It's perfect for my product and business. I cannot speak highly enough about this company's responsiveness, patience and excellent customer service.

This freezer is for home use. We have it in our garage. Absolutely love it. It is so well made!!!! It is heavy duty.
