This product helps burn fat. This is my second time purchasing. Don't expect to see changes until about the third week. Otherwise it does what it's supposed to.

Seems to work fairly well. Just wish it was a little stronger mg and cost a little less. Would really like to have this in liquid or gummy form because it is sometimes difficult for me to swallow any capsule or tablet.
