Pretty Solid Couch
Bottomline, I would buy it again.I was skeptical about buying a couch on Amazon and did a ton of searching, so hopefully this review helps someone else. Shipping was right on time as the website predicted (~1 week). It came in 3 large/heavy boxes. I assembled it by myself and generally am handy at self-assembly furniture. It took me probably 2 hours, though it definitely would've been easier with a second person. The hardest part was getting the feet screwed in, as others said. I mised using a drill and hand screwdriver. I think my issue was I only had drill bits to drill holes and not a screwdriver drill bit. So that was a little bit of a pain. The couch looks nice and is comfortable. As others have said, it is firm, but not uncomfortable. I sit on it daily and it works for me. The color is nice and it feels like sturdy fabric / construction.Bottomline, I'm happy with it. Good experience so far (1 month) for a reasonable price. I would buy it again.

5 Stars - Outstanding Couch and Unmatched Customer Service!
We are absolutely thrilled with our new couch! It's comfortable, stylish, and fits perfectly in our space. Shortly after it arrived, we encountered a small issue with the cushions. I reached out to the seller, and I have to say, it was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had on Amazon. They responded almost immediately and handled everything with incredible fairness and speed. It's rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind their product and cares about their customers. We couldn’t be happier with both the couch and the service we received. Highly recommend!

Sturdy, functional, but not the most comfortable.
I was VERY apprehensive about ordering a couch off Amazon. Especially at this price point. I will have to say it is definitely not the most comfortable couch ever. It is fine to sit on but if you plan on sleeping on it, it's not the best. It's on the firm side for sure. On the other hand it is surprisingly sturdy and fun to pull the couch out for a movie night. The fake leather so far has held up pretty well against our little dogs paws just a couple tiny punctures. Putting this together was not too hard but you definitely want a 2nd set of hands. I figure for the price point if it only last a few years it's worth it!

Assembling it on your own is possible, but it takes a few hours and a drill.
Me and my partner recently moved in together and have been searching far and wide for the best couch to buy for our small apartment. after months of searching, I finally landed on this couch, and what enticed me to get this apart from the other similar sleeper sofas you would see on wayfair and amazon ranging from $400-$500, is the seat depth and seat cushions are very shallow on almost all of them. we're both 5'6 and 180/200lbs. I almost just bought the famous pull-out sofa from IKEA, but this one was $200 cheaper, and almost the same dimensions. the seats are very firm, especially the pull-out cushion. but it does feel like it would get softer over time. seat depth and cushion is just right. overall a very comfortable couch. the only thing I kinda don't like is the color. the pictures advertised a light grey, but in real life its actually a darker grey. but that's just me nitpicking.now, If you're planning on assembling this on your lonesome, it is possible. but it just takes some time and more elbow grease. The other reviews were true. it only came in 3 boxes. BUT! be warned, its 3 BIG AND HEAVY boxes. unfortunately my partner had a knee injury so I had to take care of this couch myself, and i am not the strongest woman by any means. so i was thankful the FedEx guy help me carry it up the stairs (tipped him extra for it). the first big box has the loveseat part with the pull-out already attached to it. that was pretty helpful since i thought i had to assemble that myself, glad i didn't have to. second big box is the L-shape part, and inside the chaise is the 3 back rest (1 of the back rest has the cup holder and cushion built-in) and 2 cushions. take those out first so you can lift up the couch easily. last box is smaller because it only contains the 2 arm rest.the most time consuming part is the feet, which is the first step. listen to me and the other reviews when they say you HAVE HAVE HAVE to get a drill for the feet. there's 12 feet plus the 4 wheels for the pull-out, and there are no pre-drilled holes. so its gonna take you eons to finish installing the feet if you don't have a drill. flip the two part of the couch upside down to drill the feet easier and to keep the screws straight. the wheels, i had to screw manually, since the actual wheel gets in the way of the drill. before you flip it back up, make sure to cut off the zip ties and other ribbons of the pull-out couch so you can actually pull it out (yep, learned that the hard way. had to flip the fully-built couch just so i could do that) also, I recommend you first attach the arm rests to the loveseat and l-shape chaise separately before attaching the two together because the female bracket is attached to the sofa and the arm rest has the male. so you have to lift up that side of the couch to attach it to the arm rest. but, if you're like me and realized it too late when you already have the two parts of the couch joined together, just detach the connectors using a hex allen wrench and switch the 2 set of brackets from the arm rests to the couch. after that you're pretty much done. just attached the back rest (make sure you attach the backrest with the built-in cup holders in the middle) and the cushions. put some dryer sheets inside the cushions to get rid of the "new couch" smell.

WARNING: VERY DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE!!
My Ebello came to my house in three giant-sized cardboard boxes. The Amazon delivery guy helped me drag them into the guest room, luckily just off the main entrance. After he left (I tipped him), I proceeded to TRY to unbox everything. It required the help of two additional guys, who I also had to tip. The pieces are very heavy for one person to handle easily. Then came the assembly -- what a NIGHTMARE -- and there are missing screws, wrong-sized latches, and more heavy lifting. I had to hire a handyman to help and I'm waiting now for HIS bill. AND the pieces are still not completely stable and hitched together properly - the arms had the wrong slots attached, my handyman was going to try and get them at the hardware store but he had another client to service and couldn't get it done. He was able to put it together enough for me to pull it all out and make the bed - but it was at least a two-to-three hour endeavor. I wonder if I can return this? It's not worth the money without the help of someone who knows exactly how to assemble it. I've already paid over $100 in tips and work effort, and it will likely cost even more to have it shipped back.I will NEVER order furniture from Amazon again that requires this much assembly. Lesson learned. Don'e order this unless you're prepared to spend time and money assembling it, and even then it doesn't come out right. Waste of effort, very ticked off.
