This pen works well for me because I had a stroke a while ago and it affects my right hand. The fatness of this pen makes the so much easier for me to grip and make my writing somewhat legible. The ink is very smooth, no skipping. I enjoy using this and recommend it to anyone who has had difficulties with hand issues to try. The thickness of the barrel helps me grip the pen. It's too large in the grip area for me. I have arthritis in my hands, especially my thumbs. This pen made the pain worse. My husband, who has big hands, loves his.

My daughter, who is left handed loved these. She has to write client notes and writes alot. This really helped her write smoothly and efficiently.

I ordered these because I tried pens that looked exactly like them in occupational therapy. They are very thick which doesn’t really make a difference to me, but they are not weighted at all. I don’t know if I just got a defective pair or what, but I am so disappointed and now I feel like I don’t know what pens to get online because how will I know if they will actually be weighted or not?

Pens feel nice in the hand and works fine. I specifically bought these because of the blue and black ink refills. I got all black refills for a total of 12 instead of 6 blue/ 6 black.

I bought these for my dad who has arthritis in his hands. He is happy with the ability to be able to grip around them. No more skinny pens struggle.
