The plastic brass colored flag topper is broken. Tried to just replace the topper, could not be done. Had to ship the complete flagpole back for a refund. Then reorder. Decided did not want to wait for reorder to show up. So, I kept my broken topper and will buy a real metal one.

It’s worth the $$ for sure and I give this pole a 5 star review, bc I had it up through the worst weather conditions in the state of CT, and it didn’t fail whatsoever, if you’re interested my honest opinion is if you want this type of pole then buy it because it’s high quality won’t break and ultimately you’ll get what you pay for.

Flag pole worked fine at first. After a few uses it would not retract, couldn't loosen the twist locks of the sections. I only barely tighten the twist locks, just enough to keep the pole from coming back down, the segments were completely jammed / locked into place. I tried everything to get the twist locks loose. NOTHING worked. Not even a pipe wrench would loosen them. Buyer Beware!

This is a nice flagpole that is easy to assemble. The flag is also very nice. One issue however is that the pole sections need to be screwed together because they are not a tight fit. This causes the top pully to move with the wind and twist the rope around the pole from the rope tie-down. The pole also spins in the plastic pipe buried in the ground. No provision is included in the package to do this, so I drilled and screwed them together.

This flag pole is very easy to use. It allows you to use 2 flags and is extremely easy to put on your RV. You can place it in the holder right from the ground without climbing the ladder. I would highly recommend it!

Easy to install good design

After a few uses the telescopic locked in 2 places and nothing would unlock it. Also, when extended fully it would sway in the wind. Had to replace it with a different brand. Would never buy it again.

So I purchased this product back in December, great price, quality matched the price. Looked great. But sadly it didn't last very long. I always take down the flag in harsh windy conditions but sadly I was away from home on a windy day with the flag flying high and proudly but the winds ended up being to strong for the pole to handle and collapsed on me, hence why I'm giving a 3 star because I believed it would've last at least year long through weather.
