I had to buy more, one for each counter in my kitchen because I totally Love the first one I purchased. Is not thin, it feels strong and reliable; I got the first to protect a finished sealing on a countertop until totally cured and now I don't want to take them off! A simple moist kitchen paper is enough to clean it -and soap if oily- and it performed great even when I put on it the hot air fryer's basket. Items don't slide, the countertops are safe, made the kitchen usage more relaxed and easy since I'm not thinking in the possible damage I could cause to the countertops even with my most crazy experiments, not just cooking and baking -I'm a jeweler and use acids to oxidize, also make ceramics, ferment wines, dye bone, sometimes I even do some small wood projects among other things and yes, lots end being finished on the countertops and this mats will allow me to "have fun" without being concerned of possible damages.

I ordered these to protect the new counters we had put in at work, I’m in vet med and we use a lot of stain and products that could stain, and they couldn’t be more perfect. My boss wants more. They clean easy and look nice, easy to write papers on (not to soft to mess with writing) and they haven’t slipped yet!

Bought the black to cover old laminate that was painted black and chipping. This lays flat on the counter, easy to cut, stays put and easy to clean. Makes our counters look new again. Very happy with product.

This is just what I needed. Easy to clean and very versatile.

This protects the counter awesome, it handles hot pots and pans, and it even stays in place perfectly. The only downfall is that you can't clean it very easily. If you get bread crumbs on it they don't wipe off they just smear and get stuck to the mat. Dishwasher safe but this thing is huge and doesn't fit very well. You have to take it outside and power wash it lol. Great product just wish it was easy to clean.

Excellent job of protecting my skeletons counter top.

I am a quilter, make clothes, and I sit at my sewing table quite frequently. My work surface is scarred and I wanted to resurface it to hide the chipping and in addition I needed a product that would eliminate my sewing machine from “walking” during use. I easily trimmed this mat on my self-healing cutting mat using my rotary cutter. This mat is not a self-healing mat. Now my sewing machine stays put.

This product is perfect in every way! I have long counter space in my kitchen. Because of this all holidays are held here. Everyone brings a crockpot of their contribution to the event. This product is the perfect cover and does not hide the beauty of my counter top. Could never find a more perfect cover. Love it!!!!
