Super Glue for Metal and Stainless Steel 30g, Waterproof, High Temperature Resistant, Instant Strong Clear Glue

Excellent product unbelievable gets the job done

The instructions tell you to clean the rust off of the metal for best adhesion. Once you add the glue, you have to hold the two metal pieces together for approximately 10 seconds. The pieces should sit for one minute before the glue reaches full adhesion. I have only used this to glue an adjustable door strike plate. I let the parts sit for approximately 20 min before reinstalling them. So far so good.

There is no way I would trust a chain I repaired with this glue, or do I think you can mend a broken screw driver with this... but I don't know. I don't have a broken chain or screw driver. Most screw drivers bend before they break.So far it has done what I expected but since my expectations are low, that is not a very high bar.It is clear and colorless, it smells like CA and it does not set as fast as they say.you must remove the fine nozzle to close the container.so my verdict is Meh

In the world of miniature painting finding a great glue is imperative and I've tried SO MANY. Pewter miniatures are the most difficult and usually I have to combine glues with pinning to make a strong connection, but it can be hard, frustrating and I've botched a few over the years.This glue WORKED!! I took a mini that is notorious for awkward connection points and the glue worked without pinning! I tried another mini, and again, a blessed connection! This bottle is staying on my hobby desk! A little drop, hold solidly for about 30 seconds and then I let it sit and cure for a good 10 minutes before I did anything else to it. Best glued connection I've found yet.If the others in this glue line are as good, I may pick up another bottle or two for resin printed minis and various thermoplastics.

I've only used this glue one time so far. I used it to reattach a small flat metal piece that came off of a telescope mount. It set fairly quickly and seems to be holding the piece in place quite well. The piece is just a cover and isn't load bearing. I'm not sure if I'd use this for a load bearing part. I'm not sure if it is suitable for such applications. It is working for what I needed it for, so I'm happy with it.

This super glue is very strong. The container does a good job facilitating application without allowing the glue to ruin the container. It even comes with a tube for very precise glueing applications.

I am looking for plastic to plastic not metal to plastic so I still gave this product a good rating as it advertises metal to metal or plastic I once used a product designed for plastic models I think they called it Dope and that product worked very well as would literally melt the plastic together.

Quite frankly, I can't tell what makes this Super Glue different from the ones that don't claim to be specifically for metal, however it does work quite well. Drying time seems to be on par with other Super Glues that I've used, and it does have a strong bond. Great price for a 30g bottle with applicator.
