first. i was really skeptical about the product mainly on three things 1) legitimacy of the product 2) battery life 3) quality Right after seeing this product in amazon and its positive reviews, even i wanted to have one as a scalp masssager as i do night duties i believe a head massage will really do a wonderful job un getring a nice sleep !!!! 1) legitimacy :- as soon as i have seen this product, i have went to lifelong website and searched for the item, but didnt find this product in their page and hence contacted the customer care and enquired about the product. they said that this one codenamed LLM225 is their ORIGINAL GENUINE product but they have been selling this through amazon. 2) battery :- i used so many electronic head massagers before probably from some chinese or local manufacturers which has the most irritating issue of battery being not long enough or battery dying after few uses. after reading positive reviews about battery life. i've bought it but with a lot of doubt, but to my delight it's been fantastic in battery life like i charged it 1 and half week before dialy massaging 10min yet still its going strong( after 10min it automatically stops and you have it switch ON the button again) 5) quality :- doubt of bristles being weak and falling off. even in this they have done a fantastic job by making them with silicone ......hard yet soft, perfect. removable and cleanable !!!!! that's it guys i have received it on 23rd july. till now no issues functioning perfectly.....if you want it please go ahead without further due !!!!! Edit on 29.08.2022, i got few problems related to product as it is unable to maintain the rpm and few knurling sounds are being heard from the device .......suspecting that motor may be at fault, i called service center only to find out if it is out of warranty i.e., one year. There is no provision for any repairs from the company... So reducing it to 3 stars

Light weight and size is also perfect. Battery life is so good . It feels so relaxing . It’s sound is a bit irritating. it has different vibration mode. My personal experience is yes it is effective after massage u feel so relax and calm . Use after oiling otherwise it will entangle ur hair.
