Q: Why is the end of cord blurred in the pictures?

Not only that, but they whited out the output. I found one picture they missed and it shows an output different than what is needed (need DC 12V - 3A). Do not buy!

Q: Does this adapter plug directly into the monitor or the adaptor?

This plugs into the cable that extends just out of the rear of the unit

Q: Will this fix the popping noise my screen is making??

I got this to replace my old cord. My arcade doesnt make any popping noise at all. I've had it connected and played it several times since I put in. Hope that helps. Maybe it's something else.
