So I am a military veteran but also previously ran track and cross country. I used to love running but after the military or should I say before leaving, my legs and feet got really bad. I had this annoying tingle in my legs and feet if I walked long distances or even attempted to run anywhere. Doctors were not helpful and I was really frustrated.Well I went to Florida and was not sure how I would make it through all the daily walking at Disney with my granddaughter knowing the tingling in my legs puts me in tears. I went to fleet feet to do a foot scan and purchase sneakers that could potentially help. I came across these on Amazon with the hopes of finding something that could support and help me with the walking.When they arrived I noticed the thickness of the gel soles which told me they had some support. The quality of the product was really well made. So I tried them on, day one with my regular sneakers for the airport. These things are golden. I normally would know if something works right away because there is a lot of walking in the airport. In a pair of shoes I knew did not have the Stability I needed for long distances these bad boys was everything. When those Disney days came about every day I put on a different pair of shows the ones I bought for walking and those I already had that I had no hope. With the gel soles one of my shoes were too tight so I left those but the other pair still left me with a lot of room and I was able to walk endlessly, no pain or tingling every day of my trip. It was instant pain relief j thought I'd never get. The performance of these soles gave me life. I came up and bought 2 more packs. Each pack has two pairs and a cute carry bag for them. You can throw them in the wash or hand wash them for reuse. Great product and worth the price.

I have sensitive feet. These were too tight for me (size 9.5 women's). But, my husband like them.

These innersoles were not enough protection for my feel. However, they would be fine for most people.

Very uncomfortable!!! Really tight it says one size fit all, but this these are made for skinny feet. A total waste of money.

It worked ok but it was tight on my foot so do not use them to much and bought something different

I bought these for my 96 yr old mom who has heel pain at night when she sleeps. She also has a swollen ankle, so these would have not only been difficult to put on/take off, I would have been very concerned that they would be way too tight. While I don’t doubt that these would work for someone with smaller feet/ankles, it’s not for us. Returning.
