Do hands glow in the dark?

Hour, minute and second hands have lume, so they will glow in the dark after being exposed to a bright light. I use a LED flashlight as a bright light source.

if the watch stops (i dont wear watches everyday) do you just set the correct time then wind it 15 times clockwise? or is there another process?

I don’t wear mine everyday so it will stop. I think the most important thing is set the time only clockwise (turn stem downward) and wind counter clockwise (turn stem upward) I would wind it 5 or 6 times. There is an auto wind wheel that winds the watch with the movement of your wrist. Good luck

Is this for men, women or both?

Thanks for your interested in our Winner Design watch and it will be a special Men Design watch for daily casual wearing.

Is this made in china?

Yes but the quality is great! The watches are well worth the money and this seller stands behind his product.
