This helmet fits way to big and it's not DOT approved. It's cheap plastic and would not protect you on a skateboard. Not recommended to buy.

I like this products fit. Sits kind of low but snug and provides adequate protection. I had this helmet on when I crashed my bike this past December and I'm confident it saved me from more serious injury.

Pros: super lightweight and low profile.Cons: it runs big, I bought a second one because the large was a little big, I just got in a medium and it fits perfect. I’m 5’9, 210 pounds. The chin strap is very basic but works. I cut the little plastic chin part off because I don’t use it. I think it’s used to cover the buckle but it looks ridiculous. So I took it off. It is DOT approved but it ain’t much to it. Definitely worth the money.

My second purchase of this. I wear this when riding my 1500w ebike that can reach 43mph, although I don't aften ride that fast. This largest size is actually a bit big for my large cranium. I wear a basball cap under it to help with the fit and also provide blockage of the sun from my eyes. Dot certified is nice. The padding inside seems minimal, but that also keeps the helmet light and not bulky.

Exactly what I wanted. I ride a dual sport and wanted a skull cap to put on when I’m in the woods. I take my full face helmet off and put the skull cap on and cruise around out in the woods. I can see so much better and just love the lightweight of it. It’s just what I wanted. Fits perfect.

Size runs real big

I got the helmet today. It looks great and feels good to. It's soft ok n the inside and solid on the out. I'm a full grown man, and I ordered the small. The helmet fit my head, but the strap was a fail. Not only could it not be adjusted small enough, there were some parts that didn't even make sense. I ended up removing the chin strap and a buckle, and attaching the clip to the side that had been on (note: it does say not to alter the product for safety reasons, but I felt having it fit was more logical).I would have given it four stars, possibly five, if there has been instructions. I couldn't even find the company to request instructions and Amazon couldn't help.
