LOW CARB MIRACLE
OK. How to begin? Ramen Noodles are notorious for being HIGH CARB. An entire day of carbs is about 60 grams. I PORK over 60 grams, which is the approximate carb content of one Ramen noodle package or bowl (80 grams)? If you've taken the journey that I have, you've tried "low carb' noodles that cook up to a "nice" slime consistency? Oh, FRIENDS, these sweet things hold their shape and are, AWESOME. The directions say to use one cup of water and boil noodles for 8 minutes. My water pretty much disappeared before I put the noodles in, so I added more water (isn't EVERY new dish (bowl), a "cooking adventure")? I cut up some roast chicken and (I hope I'm not breaking some "review rules, nah, don't care). AND, I added a newly purchased Jayuss Chicken Ramen Seasoning to make Ramen broth. WOW! GREAT combo. Yes, the noodles aren't cheap, but 4 NET CARBS? SO WORTH IT. (The Jayuss has two carbs, and from the 10.58 oz package (BARGAIN!) a teaspoon for the whole bowl will do ya, off the charts, GOOD! The BAMI noodles have directions for Ramen AND Stir Fry, what's not to love there? Ok, people, as they say in Texas (where we lived for 18 years, and, God Bless it), 'GET YA SOME!" You KNOW you WANT NOODLES, right?

UPDATED REVIEW
The media could not be loaded. I found it yall... this is it right here!! As an avid ramen enthusiast, I have always loved ramen, but enhanced ramen. The different ways to create it. With that said, due to a gastric sleeve surgery, I have to now limit carbs and I thought my ramen days were over. I used the "i" brand of low carb ramen that is 40 bucks for six packs but then I saw this. Hands down the best substitute ramen you can get on the market. The texture is awesome, the ability to absorb flavors is outstanding, and the nutritional value is amazing.Quick tip, to get a more straighter ramen, I boil for about 11-12 minutes. For more textured curly ramen, I boil for about 7 minutes. That sweet spot for that in between is about 9-10 minutes. Thank me later.**********************UPDATE*****************I might as well switch to my other brand because they have upped the price since this review from 14bucks to almost 20. Not cool. Luckily I found another brand for 12 bucks that is with the same ingredients!

better then though
Low Carb Noodles Keto Ramen Noodles, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! As someone who follows a keto diet, finding good noodle alternatives can be challenging, but these really hit the mark.First off, the texture is quite nice. Unlike some other low-carb options I've tried that can be oddly chewy or gummy, these had a good bite to them. I cooked them up with some broth, veggies, and a bit of chicken, and it felt like a comforting bowl of ramen. The flavor was subtle, which actually worked in its favor since it easily picked up the taste of the broth and seasonings I added. One thing I appreciated was how filling they were. I didn’t feel like I was missing out on anything. Plus, the low carb count means I can enjoy them without worrying about my macros. If you're looking for a keto-friendly noodle alternative that doesn’t compromise on texture or satisfaction, I’d definitely recommend giving these a shot. They're a great way to enjoy a classic dish while sticking to a low-carb lifestyle!

Best low-carb replacement I’ve had — 4g net carbs!
I find the mouthfeel and taste are good by taking some liberties from the package cooking directions, e.g., more water and 6-7 minutes (sampling testing). No, it’s not going to match restaurant-level cuisine, but more reminiscent of ‘cuppa noodles’, e.g., skinny noodles. I find there is a distinct odor to the cooking water and follow the directions to discard, but I don’t bother rinsing and just let excessive drip off for a few seconds before adding to my broth of choice. A real treat for me, a ramen fan who shouldn’t have the real thing.

No boullion packet inside!
The noodle texture was good. Just a heads up, there is no soup packet just the noodles. I was disappointed with this fact. Maybe if I knew ahead, I would have expected it.

Not even close to Ramen
I love Ramen noodles. Since I am cutting back on carbs I tried this item. After following the cooking method I seasoned the noodles with ramen seasoning I had left over. First the appearance...like greyish twine. They did not look very appetizing. I tasted the noodles and the best way to describe the taste is shredded brown paper bag. The seasoning did not help the taste at all. My grandkids that eat any kind of noodles spit it out and made the ugly face. I am sure if this product is purchased by many people, then maybe it is just me. I am throwing the rest out to feed the squirrels and birds in my backyard. No, I will not be buying this product again. Nothing against the seller though, just not for me.

Thin noodles, add bouillon while cooking!
First time trying any low-carb Ramen style noodles so my only comparison is the classic Oodles of Noodles.First off, I read and followed the directions, but made obvious modifications where it made sense. I boiled the water first, I added the noodles with the water still boiling, added a tablespoon of “better than boullion” beef and a teaspoon of oil olive and parsley. I boiled it with the lid on for around 5 mins, stirring occasionally. I had to add more water since the noodles didnt look done and I still had 2 minutes left. I continued boiling a couple minutes longer snd poured it all into a mug to enjoy. The noodles are much thinner than Top Ramen Oodles of Noodles but the flavor is there and the satisfaction of feeling like you’re eating carbs is the best. Add flavor during/while cooking. I think the noodles need to absorb the seasonings to match what you’d expect from Top Ramen.

Ramen Noodles
These are a nice substitute for regular ramen noodles. I boil them, rinse and then sauté them in a pan with butter, chicken broth, garlic powder and liquid aminos. Definitely satisfies my yen for ramen!
