Very nice, affordable, bike. (I checked prices at walmart for and this beat theirs by a lot.) The box was damaged, but the bike was well packed and received no damage. The quality is much nicer than I expected. The color is nicer in person. The name across the bike is 'BAMCBASE', Not Hiland, although Hiland is in the instruction book. It's fully adjustable in the seat and handle bar height. Assembly was easy enough. It rides smoothly, shifts alright, but a tough rough, so I'll have to adjust that... from YT videos I guess. Overall, I think it's a genuine value. With the 'coupon', I paid about $220 total. I would recommend it, and would buy it again.

The bike took a long time to arrive, but once it did, it was unusable after we put it together. The gear was either bent or improperly installed, resulting in it “catching” itself in the back wheel. The bike is therefore unusable and needs to be returned, which is a huge hassle due to its size. My wife also ordered the same bike, and the brakes snapped after 1 month of use. This product is unacceptable.

The delays in shipping was frustrating, but once received, the bike was an immediate hit with the early teen. Initially the pedals and front brake pads were missing - and had to contact the CS - the responses from the CS were almost always within 12 hours or so, and the parts arrived as originally promised in the first CS email (need to come from China, expect delays in case you need replacement/missing parts). The bike is easy to assemble (video on the product page is helpful), and rides well, Gear shifting is not very smooth and the seat could be broader or more comfortable - but at this price point, this is a good value. Overall, for the intended use by an early teen - some trails, school camp commute, and general biking - this is a good value.

Purchased this to take to Mackinac Island for our annual family vacation. Bike did great, was easy to assemble and ride nicely all week during the trip (30-40 miles a day worth of riding). We did end up having to replace the pedals with better quality as the pedals that come with the bike did not make it past day 2. There was also a bit of an issue with the chain guide that prevented downshifting past 2nd gear. For the price, though, this is a decent bike and can handle quite a bit of riding.

The bike's tires and gearbox are of very good quality and are easy to assemble.

I got this bicycle and put it together and then took it out for a ride. What I discovered while I was writing it was that the handlebar gearshift were virtually impossible to move and therefore change gears. When I was able to change the gears with a lot of strength, it skipped the sprockets.In addition, the brakes almost impossible to adjust.This is a very poor quality bicycle.

Very solid bike for the price. The frame is sturdy and the mechanics pieces function beautifully.

In addition to the seat being very uncomfortable (had to buy a new seat), the gears came messed up. I could only shift to 2-3 different gears. Had to take the bike in and pay for an adjustment due to a bent derailer arm. Not totally fixed, but I can shift through more gears.

The size is great, is big and strong bike. My tennager son is so happy with!! I recommended.

The seat cramp size is not fit with bike

In local shops, the same bike cost 4 times what I paid on Amazon. Used it all summer long, no problem whatsoever.

The seat is extremely small and uncomfortable. The adjustment of the wheel bearings, gear cables and brakes is very poor.
