Below you will find my original review. However, I’d like to also note that the company has been very supportive and helpful. They resolved my issue by refunding my money completely and it took less than 24 hrs. I would definitely buy from them again. It’s rare to find companies who are willing to make things right. This company is one of those.Look out people. Although the product description says “solar”, they are not solar. They require power. If you’re ok with that, then they are pretty cool. I was going to use them in an area where I had no ability to plug them in and can’t. I have to now purchase a different type. I’m using them in a different greenhouse and they do work well. Very well made. Just don’t be misled by the initial description. Read product specs. Which I didn’t. I went off headline description. Shame on me.

These lights are very bright and the wiring is thick and well made. My plants are thriving under these lights in my greenhouse. I did have issues with 2 of the bulbs because I overtightened them in the base and the bulb twisted out of the base. Be careful when screwing them in, you only need to screw them in until you do not see the white band for waterproofing. I contacted customer service and they are shipping me replacement bulbs. Really good customer service.

I have it as supplemental lighting for succulents and high light plants. I have it hanging from the curtain rods (3 windows wide) and it's a bit too wide so the cord hangs between the lamps but otherwise it works really well. It took me some time to find small hooks to hang them up on, and I had to use key rings because the loops on the lamp are too small to fit a regular width small hanging plant hook through. That was a bit of a hassle but I've had it a few months and everything seems to be going well.If I had to make a change it would be for them to make a less industrial version of this, like with less thick cording, less lights/shorter space between them, or maybe have lights with successive plugs so it's more light a Christmas light situation where you can make it as long as you want, and to have bigger loops. But since this is definitely for indoor grow houses I'm not knocking it for not being made perfectly for my windows.

I think it only fare to write good reviews, in order to balance out the negative ones. I was skeptical at first with these lights but they proved me 100% incorrect. They do a fine job. In the picture you can see tall plants in my greenhouse, those would be Italian frying peppers, that normally grow 3 feet tall at best, these are 7-8 feet tall and have produced quite well. Of course the soil plays the pivotal role as it needs organic matter but the lights indeed, added much benefit to the growth and rather quickly as well. A very good purchase.

Little disappointed it didn’t have a grounding prong but works great. Hope to see my garden perk up soon.

It's hard to find light that fit a preexisting greenhouse. Bought one set of these to try them out. Works good as I can arrange to fit where I need them. Bought 3 more sets to finish rest of greenhouse. I like that I can attach sets together to avoid using plugs. Only thing I would change is lead from plug to first light is short. I had to use an extension cord.

It seems to be of decent quality with one exception, it is missing one socket on the string so it only holds eleven of the bulbs. I had to space the bulbs further apart than I had planed which may impact growth of my plants.

What more do you need... great value for the money... which is what value is right? As we grow, we'll probably invest in a bigger system but for now it is perfect.
