Love that it has an on/off button
It’s loud so I had to put tape over the speaker. We used it to prank a co-worker. Had a lot of fun!

Can’t hear it
We hid this but no one heard it

Fun short term annoyance
I was trying to get back at a friend of mine who hid an annoyatron in my house, which took days for me to become annoyed enough to start looking for it, and then at least a couple days of searching before I found it. This is a similar device in principle, however the sound it emits is not as difficult to pinpoint, and the battery life is WAY shorter than the competition. If you're pranking kids for the day, this is great. If you're aiming to ditch this in your friends house and walk away, setting the perfect revenge annoyance for when they get back home, you'll likely be disappointed.

Funny prank
This little cricket noise prank is funny. It's very small like a keychain size and will go off at random every 5 minutes or so. My kids had a blast putting it under dad's bed. Works great and has a bit of an echo to the sound which doesn't sound realistic like in a home would be. But still funny. Great product and I would reccommend this to all you pranksters out there.

fun cricket noise prank
Size is perfect to hide and provide that inconsistent cricket noise. Battery unit came with died quickly but since replacement has lasted well. Would be great is side switch was labeled better.

So Annoying
It's good but not perfect. $20 is way overpriced. It's loud so it's easy to find if it's in a small space like a bedroom. As others have said, the battery is limited which is a second strike. All it needs to do is be hard to find and annoying. Ideally it would last longer and be harder to find. It's a bit too obvious in sound in that the cricket is to crickets as radio announcers are to regular people.

No duran las baterías
Es una buena broma, si por lo menos las baterías durarán una noche,
