Just received but not used yet
I've been looking for a tactical vest that didn't have all the pouches already installed (I'm a lefty and having a right handed pistol draw pouch doesn't cut it) , and would fit. I'm a big guy, think football player-ish, who could loose a few pounds, but still somewhat muscular and no matter who much I lost none of the vests would fit as all were to small around the chest/gut to fit and they weren't adjustable. When I saw that this vest was adjustable, I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, the cord/string that is was threaded still didn't expanded enough to fit with me only wearing a shirt, forget trying to put this on over a jacket or coat. However, I had some 550 Paracord in my survival pack and thought, why not use it? So I pulled out the cord that was provided, measured out my 550 cord to a longer length, rethreaded the vest and voila, a vest that fits. As I loose some weight, I can snug up the sides and be good to go. In addition I think I have enough cord that if I need to put the vest on over a coat or jacket, I can adjust it and if not, we'll that's a simple fix - cut longer pieces of paracord and rethread and be good to go.Therefore, if you are a big guy and can't find a tactical vest that fits as its not adjustable, buy this one and some good cord to rethread and you should be good to go.A previous poster said he had issues with pouches overlapping when he put on an admin/map pouch on the outside. He may not have been aware that there are zippered mesh pockets inside the vest that will likely work for this (unless you need to have the pouch on the outside). In addition there is a bladder pouch on the back as well (also inside). However, both of these are noted in the product description (or were when I bought the vest).

Good Quality - Few Issues
As always Blackhawk made a good solid product. Holds up well. I only have a few complains about the design of the vest. First off, a few of the MOLLE loops had a thick thread sewing it in the center so I had to cut it with a knife in order to use that loop position. The buckles on the front of the vest are annoying and get in the way of mounting pouches on the last row next to the zipper. Two more rows longer would be really nice... I put the Blackhawk triple AR magazine pouch and the Admin/Map/ID pouch above it and they overlap slightly because there is hardly enough room for them. Depending on the pouches you want to mount on this platform you may or may not have room... so plan accordingly. Beyond that, it is a great vest system.

Horrible
Not one size fit all, I'm a 42 chest athletic build and this vest doesnt fit correctly even after adjusting it.... So please dont advertise one size fit most....

Nice!
Great quality and fully adjustable. I'm not a small guy and I really like the ease and flexibility of this vest.

Great vest, not so great price.
I'm a huge Blackhawk fan. That being said, there are other brands out there that make more or less the exact same vest, add a belt and Velcro patches for name plates and sell for less than half the price. Because I'm loyal, I doled out the extra cash. However, now I have less of that cash to put into more Blackhawk gear. My suggestion (if you're listening Blackhawk) is to stay or get more competitive. I'll pay 10, 20, even 30% more for a name I know and trust... but 60%? I can't afford to keep that up.
