They're not as cushy as I had hoped for, but the arch support makes them fairly comfortable. They are soft, and stay on my feet. Good thick sole so I can go outside to get the mail or take the trash out.

The arch support is real! I've read too many that claim they give support, to find they are flat pieces of crap. THIS ONE GIVES REAL SUPPORT!I've been having edema, so I needed to be able to adjust the tightness as it changes each day. These slippers give me that adjustment, they are soft, and warm, can wear them inside or outside with the sole underside, and the arch support is wonderful! ...and they look good!!!I WILL be getting another pair, for sure. LOVE THEM!

I needed an adjustable pair of slippers after foot surgery to accommodate swelling. These are perfect for that. The only issue I have is the footbed is firm, not soft. Other than that, they are great slippers.

These are amazing! I suffer from flat feet and they are so bad my feet hurt all the time and now I’m a stay at home mom so I’m normally bare foot and have been suffering really bad I got these and as soon as I put them on my feet had no pain! It was kinda crazy! I will buy these from time to time again! Love them! Great arch support, great quality, easy to clean, soft!

Love the arch support but they look run down very quickly and the Velcro is not tight enough across the toes.

I have arthritis and heel spurs and need arch support in my shoes and slippers so I'm able to walk comfortably. These are the first out of many slippers I've tried that have just the right amount of cushion and support (not too smooshy like most memory foam ones that are useless.) The arch support is perfect for me. But after wearing them for the past few days, I DEFINITELY agree with others that the fake fur is EXTREMELY slippery and could cause ankle injuries; my own feet have slipped off the sides a few times already. They are also quite hot (I live in New Orleans, so these would only be just right a couple of months during the year.) I WISH they were offered in a 100% cotton or bamboo fabric that would breathe. Another problem with the synthetic fur is that everything sticks to it--my two cats both shed and I wind up with cat hair on and IN them that I couldn't even SEE in a freshly vacuumed/mopped house. Wearing them outside to bring the trash to the curb, I picked up a couple of little pieces of gravel that I would have been able to get out of my previous slippers even while they were still on, by just tilting them downwards and shaking my foot, but I had to take them off and brush them into the trash can with my hand--took me a while to find them in the fur. Not ideal.I love the firm, sturdy soles rather than flimsy bendy ones, and that they're substantially tall enough to walk on wet pavement without small puddles getting the parts that touch your feet wet. I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and got the 9 which is a little big, but I think is the correct size for me vs. an 8 since the arch support is in just the right place. PLEASE make these in a summer fabric! It's infuriating not to be able to find cool supportive slippers with arch supports AND adjustable straps that are not only WIDE enough but also in the right place. I think that wearing these with certain socks might help the traction/slipping off the side issues along with the "too hot" fur. I'm keeping them until I find something I can wear comfortably in the summer months.

I was looking for a rigid sole, memory foam, adjustable slipper. These fit the bill perfectly. I had extensive surgery on my foot and have to wear these rigid orthopedic tennis shoes all the time while I heal. We have wood look tile through out our home so it doesn’t give at all. Getting up in the middle of the night, or putting on the tennis shoes just to get out of bed in the morning was a pain. These slippers are a game changer. I love the adjustable design. If my foot swells, I can adjust it for more comfort. The plush material is super soft, the memory foam is comfortable and supportive. I hope they hold up! So far so good!

not the arch support i expected, but slippers are worn daily.

Received this today in post, as well as a email from the company. There email, was to say hi and washing and care instructions, which I thought was a really nice touch. Shoe fit as expected but I was happy to have an arch in the slipper. Really HAPPY. I have recently been having issues with overpronation in my feet and to get a slipper that has an arch support was difficult. I have them on now and they are comfy but I am giving them a 4 just because I am waiting to see how they stand up to my wear and tear. :D

I am disappointed about the soles of the slippers because if water has been spilled on the floor and you step in the water, black marks are left behind on the floor, very annoying, then I have a mess to clean up which happens often. In my opinion you need to put a better sole on the slippers, so this doesn’t happen. Other than that I really like the arch for like the slipper, and that you can tighten the slipper to fit your foot.

The slipper was very hard and uncomfortable. My feet were sore by end of day. Did not help my plantar faschitis because of this Very cute to look at tho. Fits true to size

Very comfortable and provides some good support. Hopefully they wear well and are long lasting. So far have noticed the fur on footbed flattened out after about 2 week of wear.
