Works well and rolls up well
Very comfortable. Rolls up well to fit in my backpack. Have taken on at least 10 trips now and it is still comfy

Female size 12.5 Neck Preliminary Thoughts Large and Medium Size
I purchased both size medium and large since there were varied reviews of each.Reference, I’m a 62 y/o female, 126 lbs, size 12.5” neck and roughly 4.5” from jawbone to clavicle, who has degenerative disc disease in my neck.I’ve been testing the large since I received it yesterday and it’s much better than the Cabeau that did not support my chin enough allowing my head to go forward , the generic U shaped neck pillow that was absolutely useless, and the cylindrical articulating pillow that wasn’t high enough to support my head and also did not support my chin allowing my head to go forward. This pillow supports my chin completely as it doubles across in the front keeping my head from flopping through. That’s a plus, however, the sides are about 2” too short so my head kinks just a bit when tilted. I might be able to mitigate this with the generic U pillow I have. FYI, the pillow is tight around my neck. Not suffocating, but not loose either. The medium I tried was too short overall to give me any support, forward or either side, so it’s being returned.Overall, I’m keeping the large as it provides the best support I’ve found in a travel neck pillow.

Didn’t support like I imagined it would
I feel a little bad giving this thing such a low rating because it is a great quality product, made very well... Excellent fabric, great foam, love the way it rolls up and the travel bag with the caribiner to easily clip on or off (reason I gave it high stars for traveling)... but in actual use, it’s not what I’d hoped it would be. I spent QUITE a bit of time comparing travel pillows and their reviews went with this one. I got the smaller size (despite being a bigger woman). I thought it would keep my neck/head in place so that I could just rest like the woman in the picture, but it doesn’t work like that. You’re not able to secure it tight enough that it would act like a neck brace, and even if you were, it would be too big to fit under your chin. The high an low parts weren’t high and low enough and I was annoyed that I couldn’t find a good spot. I just couldn’t get comfortable with it and found myself wishing that I just had a normal travel pillow.

Almost perfect, for me.
I have been looking for a neck pillow that offers neck and chin support. I don’t like when my mouth is hanging open while sleeping on a plane. I also can’t sleep upright and lean on the wall when sleeping. This pillow has a lot of options/adjustments to support my neck/chin while also providing comfort as I lean against the side of the plane. The quality seems good and I don’t feel too hot wearing it. I like that it fits in a bag. I wish is was a little firmer but that is a personal preference that not everyone would want in a travel pillow.

Absolutely LOVED this pillow! …until I lost it
Definitely left it on the plane in my rush and contemplated running back for it and missing the connecting flight. It saved my butt during a 14 hour flight from US to UK and I slept so so well. It’s adjustable, soft fabric, firm interior that supports your neck. My sibling said I looked like one of those fat old men from the Renaissance times with the frilly collars and rolls on rolls, but I didn’t care. The airport is a lawless place and beauty standards are not adhered to in the same way. The pillow did it’s job and I want it back (Lost on May 7th in Heathrow, London; green; please return if found I miss it)

Not worth it
No support whatsoever and I have a small neck/head and am a petite woman. It's soft, sure, but it doesn't hold your head up at all. Bought to use for a 20-hour flight and glad I tested it before packing because so not worth the cost! Glad I was able to return it.
