Very Satisfied and a BIG Money Saver
After the headliner in my son's car started to fall and hang really low in the backseat, I bought these, hoping to save hundreds of dollars. It worked! Not only did these match perfectly, but they were very easy to install. It looks professional if I don't say so myself, and you can't beat the price!

Just pull the headliner and re-cover it
Although they worked, they weren’t worth the time or the money even though they were cheap. Installing the clip and screw was fairly easy but getting the button cover onto the clip took way longer than it should have.

Quick and easy way to put off repairing your headliner
The headliner on my car was starting to sag and the local repair shop wanted $500 to replace it. These little buttons screw into place and look great. You get enough of them to hold up the entire headliner and save a bundle of cash.

Works OK
A set of 60 button/screws, tacks, a tape measure and screwdriver. This set is supposed to be compatible with most vehicles. I tried this to repair a sagging headliner in my VW Jetta. To be honest, this was a bit tricky to get started, but it may be due to the fact that my headliner, which is made of a very thin elastic fabric material, when put on was stretched pretty good, so when it started falling off, it pulled away from all the sides and corners. It was not easy to stretch back the material and the tacks were not strong enough to keep the stretched liner in place. Once tacked, the idea is then to go back and screw in the provided screws where the tacks are - and then use the buttons to snap on top of the screw head to hide them and make for a more aesthetic appearance. The screw process was also not easy. Often, it took a few tries to get it to stay. Snapping the buttons were hit and miss. Some went on easily, others were more challenging. Either way, I was able to at least get the really saggy areas to stay up. It was a relatively simply and inexpensive way to deal with the problem.

Easy, especially after first several snaps
This kit did have everything I needed, except for a second set of hands to help initially. The steps from the pictures on the product page were helpful, especially since I've never done anything like this. It took me a long time, but that's due to inexperience. I imagine someone who is more confident in stuff like this, they will be just fine and quicker. The kit's inclusion of the measuring tape was a huge help in keeping the buttons uniformed in spacing. I am satisfied with this repair kit, and would recommend it to others with saggy headliners who don't want to pay, or have the budget for a new professional headliner replacement. If you're in a 100k car, you're probably not looking toward this, but for those of us in "essential" transportation, this is the ticket.
