We needed a hand rail along some outdoor steps. The steps are pavers and our iron works guy said he could not anchor the rail in them. He said we'd have to have some footers poured for his rail. His estimate was $2400. I poured 4 footers and installed two sections ov the Vevor rail for under $200. Sturdy, all the hardware was included, even a concrete drill bit. The only minor issue I had was that the bit was for an impact hammer and I only have a hammer drill. It did work, but the holes were slightly oversized.They look great and will provide security this winter when the steps are covered with ice and snow.Thanks, Vevor for an excellent product.

I love this new handrail. It’s sturdy and perfect for the one step that I have for a sidewalk step leading up to my home. I love the design and the heavy structure of the handle itself. Very nicely made and designed.

Unit arrived in good shape and was well packaged. Instructions in box were non-existent, nothing! Unit is manufactured in China. The hardware provided looked OK, but I did not want to use the expanding concrete anchors because of other reviewer's comments and I wanted a solution where I could remove the anchors down the road. Also, the screws for the rails were not stainless and like other users, I was afraid they would rust.So, after $20 at the Home Improvement store, I had stainless steel screws for the rails and Tapcon Concrete anchors. I used Tapcon+ 5/16" X 2 1/4" screw in anchors for concrete with 3/8 hex head on the top with a washer between the bolt head and the flange on the posts. I used a 1/4" concrete drill bit and a Hammer drill to make the holes in the concrete. It all worked great and they are very solid! I used Tapcons because of past experience and knowing I could screw them out later and patch the smaller 1/4" holes in the concrete if I wanted. Additionally, if they ever loosen or pull out. you can always drill out the holes larger and add the next size up Tapcon. Something you cannot do with the provided expanding anchors.Overall, the railing looks great and professional. It's solid yet unobtrusive on the side of my steps. I would recommend this railing, but to seriously consider new hardware.

For my application the handrail fit perfectly on my wooden deck steps. However hardware to secure to wooden steps does not come with this kit. I had some two and a half inch lag screws that did the job. Use the galvanised lag screws and flat washers so that rust is not an issue. Once installed it is solid as a rock.

This is the second one I've purchased. This one is on a concrete porch and it a bit longer than the other that is one wooden steps. The first one has been in use several years. Still looks great, no issues. Easy to install. Definitely recommend. The simplicity is nice, doesn't detract from surrounds is so quick and easy to clean.

The handrail was super easy to install and looks great! After ~6 months, the color has faded, and the screws rusted. I wish it came with rust free screws for a simple touch to elevate the product.

I was told it was a waste of money buy an iron one that is made here locally ..just as stable , looks better I like the way rail is wide vs something more narrow one locally cost 350 dollars and the cover plate is crap plastic ..this is a great product and engineering is well thought out just use concrete screws !

We were looking for something sturdy and attractive and this is both. Very happy highly recommended

Works well, looks great, easy to install

The finished item looks great BUT do not use the supplied fixings. My son, who installed the railing for us could bend some of the bolts by hand, had to go to a local DIY shop to buy decent fixings, otherwise the railing would have fallen over the first time it was used. Be warned!
