I am not qualified to determine if this product has changed or affected my health in any way. The capsule is a medium size, easy to swallow, it has no taste, it does nothing for pain, and I feel no energy boosts. I take this because I have heart disease and as we grow older, we lose this necessary enzyme over time. So I take it as a replenishment. This particular brand is high potency.
