Perfect produt for new born babies and parents.
Its a gift for parents who make new born babies to sleep (especially where there is no option to hang cradle to ceiling).* Quality of rod is good.* The joints are neatly welded.* The cloth is less comfortable and hence suggested to make additional arrangements.* It is supporting 11 kgs without any problem (as my child is only 11 kgs till now) .You can go for it without any second thought.

Disappointed
I am highly disappointed by its appearance as it doesn't look the same, color is too flashy for the child, does not seems comfortable as it's quality is bit rough the fabric is hard for the baby, size in height is bit long den needed n u can't even adjust the height installation is also not easy as it says u need buy pair of long hooks for dis jhula to hang.Trying to return the product but dat option is not available only exchange is available. Overall useless product I will have to keep.

Excellent, Robust, Reliable, Recommended.
First look and fixing experience looks good and reliable.A bit difficult to place & lift baby but still adjustable given the free condition design.…..Continued after using for almost 3 months:-Fabric is of excellent quality.No fading of color even after washing it every alternate day.Looks very robust.Improvement:-Adjustable multi direction hook (instead of currently welded as attached in 2nd pic) could be thought upon because it helps the parents/guardians to put the kids easily and in any direction they feel comfortable.

The handle broke after a month
I had used this swing only twice. And the handle on the swing broke
