Works ok, not sure it helps with form, though
Can you get exercise and touches on the ball with this? Sure. Is it going to make you better at lacrosse? I'm not so sure about that. My son used it for a while, but found it annoying. He is sticking with the large rebound net.

Fun way to pratice ball handling skills!
I got this for my 6 year old to start practicing ball handling skills. It has taken a little practice but he is getting used to how to handle the ball. This training device is purely meant to practice catching not necessarily meant to be used when running around and handling. It does get tangled up after a little time but it is pretty easy to pull out the knots that develop. All around great training device for what it is meant to teach which is good catching skills. It is something that does require open space.

Not good for rebound catching
Works fine for practicing long passes in a small yard so you don’t lose a ball, but does not come back at a good angle when trying to practice pass and rebound catches.

Got this for my son to train with.
Got this for my son to train with. He has always been a long pole so his skills with the ball handling has always lagged a bit. This year, he has been playing some middie so he wants to improve his ball handling skill more. This is like having a rebounder without the net or having to chase down the ball when you miss. A great training tool.

Just OK
My son used this for a few days and it seems to work ok. One thing that is noticeable is the length of the elastic string. It needs to be a little longer. I only see this to be useful for ground balls and scooping up due to the length. After a week of use, the ball became detached from the elastic string and had to re-attach it. Luckily he saw where the small washer fell otherwise it would be lost in the lawn. Overall rating of a 3.
