I recently replaced the air filter in my 2012 Toyota Aygo 1.0 Fire, with this filter. The process of changing was as simple as opening four clips, lifting a cover, taking out and replacing the air filter. Immediately the car has much more power, it accelerates noticibly quicker. It would stall regularly when pulling away and I thought that it was the clutch that required replacement, but changing the air filter seems to have done the trick. It pulls up banks too, I'm expecting to see an improvement in the vehicles mpg, I have been getting 53mpg but hopefully it will give over 57mpg, though I'm a couple of weeks away from that calculation at the moment, I will update this review, once I have the data.

Il y a 2 ans j'ai acheté ce filtre à air, satisfait j'ai recommandé le même. La base du 1er était d'une matière mi-souple qui faisait un bon joint autour de la matière filtrante, dernier reçu est une base plastic dure avec un petit joint très souple qui se place difficilement d'autant que la base est trop dure. Risque d'entrée d'air parallèle. Je pense qu'au prochain entretien j'essayerais une autre marque.

Il filtro è semplice da montare: si inserisce al suo posto nel vano filtro senza forzare e si adatta bene alla forma prevista dal costruttore. Una volta montato, ho notato che il motore respira bene e non ci sono stati segni di perdita d’aria o giochi strani attorno alla scatola filtro, il che mi ha dato fiducia che fosse ben sigillato. Durante l’uso quotidiano, soprattutto in percorsi urbani e extraurbani, la Yaris ha mantenuto una risposta fluida all’acceleratore e non ho percepito cali di prestazione o rumori anomali legati all’aspirazione dell’aria. Questo filtro aria mi ha dato la sensazione di mantenere una buona efficienza di combustione, aiutando il motore a lavorare in modo regolare. Un vantaggio che ho apprezzato è che Bosch è un marchio affidabile con componenti che corrispondono bene agli standard originali, quindi non ho avuto dubbi sulla qualità del materiale e sulla sua durata nel tempo. Anche dopo qualche migliaio di chilometri non ho notato accumuli anomali di sporcizia rispetto al filtro precedente. pur essendo un filtro efficace e ben costruito, non si percepisce un miglioramento drastico delle prestazioni rispetto al pezzo originale Toyota: fa il suo lavoro in modo corretto, ma non trasforma la resa o la potenza del motore. È comunque una scelta affidabile per la manutenzione ordinaria e mantiene bene la funzione di protezione del motore da polvere e impurità. In sintesi, questo filtro per Toyota Yaris è un ricambio facile da montare, ben sigillato e di qualità, adatto alla manutenzione ordinaria dell’auto. Fa bene ciò che deve fare, mantiene il motore pulito e regolare, e rappresenta una scelta solida se cerchi un filtro aria affidabile.
