My son is only 15 and was able to get a great workout while we were on vacation.I do think that you have to be in pretty good shape to really be able to use them, but they impressed me.

My 16 y.o. son loves these. On vacation, we never had to go to the fitness center because he had the chin up bar, these, an ab roller and push up stands. The rings gave him dynamic options not available with the other tools.

Update: customer service did reach out and resolved the issue. The replacement set works great.One ring has splinters and make it unsafe to use. Reach out to the customer service for replacement of that ring but got completely ignored. Will return and try other brand. Don’t recommend.

Wooden rings are solid and nice to grip vs plastic. Easy to adjust strap length.

These rings are solid, well-made, and pleasing to the eye. Would buy again but I know these will last a long time.

I normally don't write reviews but since the other reviewer wrote that the rings do not hold I just wanted to make clear that I'm pretty confident that he setup them wrong. I weight 85kg and tested with 20kg added and they hold just fine and I can imagine that would would hold much heavier person.The rings themself are of a great quality, this is my second pair of rings as I wanted a bit larger ones and I'm very happy with these. The marks on the suspensions are great and they match each side, so setting the rings up to be of an equal length is very easy. Everyone who did ever set rings knows how annoying it is to set them to the same length, with these it's easy. It also makes it easy to remember at what setting I was for different exercises to be consistent in the next training session.They also include a small manual on how to set them properly and specifically note they're the right routing so they don't slide. I think the numbers on the suspensions are in feet as the numbers go to 15 which translates to the advertised 4.5meters.All in all, I'm very happy. 5 stars

I am very new to calisthenics. I just bought these rings because I want to start the basic support hold. I have small hands and the 1inch rings are very suitable for me. I love how the straps are numbered and are very smooth when adjusting then with buckle. I also really like how the straps are a little thicker than most straps so they do not dig into my skin. I like how the item comes with tape although I will not be using them right now. I would highly recommend this product!

Love them just what I was looking for and they can hold me 200pd frame. I bring them to various sites and set up pull up stations.

I tried putting my entire body weight on single ring and now it slips by about two inches whenever I use it, one handed or two.Kind of expected more from a set that claims to able to handle ten times my weight. Even if it could only handle five times on a single ring it shouldn't have had an issue.
