Although I was one of many people at the local renaissance fair with this exact costume, it was super cute, easy and comfortable. The corset piece is adjustable and the under piece is forgiving as far as size goes. Love it and kept it around for Halloween

I would size up for comfort but, I generally like my clothes a little bit lose. The outer layer was longer than the layer under but, I pinned the sides up and no big deal. It looked just fine. It was perfect for the renaissance festival we attended. Very happy with quality and the look.

Very cute but wayyy too long! I got the large which was too big for me. I’m about 170lbs and 5’5. Go a size smaller! Very worth the price it’s much cheaper than other sellers. The material does feel a bit cheap though. It’s very thin. But I wouldn’t say it’s uncomfortable. I stepped on the cloth alot when trick or treating.

We got this for a school character show. The fabric was nice & colors were great too. The fit was nice and adjustable. It was nice and cool to wear & lightweight. Great value for the money! Can also be taken apart to wear separately to change it up. Love it

So cute!Bought for a renaissance party and held up great for dancing and general merriment!As some other reviewers noted, the strings on the bodice are a bit fiddly to set up. But still <5 mins. Plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it.Fabric was thin and intended for summer events, but silkier than expected for the price. I’ve even taken to wearing the slip as a nightgown. Although the tag noted dry clean only, it came out great on cold wash + low spin. Haven’t been bold enough to machine dry it, but maybe you are?I’m 5’8 and a Small hit me juuuuust above the ankle. And the bodice fit was divine. Nips you in just right at the waist and so adjustable.Another party-goer bought it in a different color and it looked amazing on her too. Flattering for all body-types!

I'm 5'2" and 145 lbs. I got this for Ren Faire. The previous dress I bought is too hot for this time of year, so I ended up buying this dress. The fabric is light and cool, which is what I was looking for. It seems kind of a weird fit for my body though, not terrible but also not the most flattering. (I ended up getting another dress that seems to fit my shape better.) I would have given this 4 stars, but there was also a stain on what should be a new garment (see photo).

Bought this for a show I was in because it was the only renaissance dress in purple that wasn't crazy expensive and would arrive fast enough, but WOW - I was not expecting to like it so much! It's good quality and so comfortable. While the white dress underneath the purple layer is more sheer than I'd have liked, I wore a full slip underneath and it was undetectable. The purple bodice that goes on top is so cute and I tried it both across and under my bust to see which looked better and both ATEEEEE. I felt like a renaissance fair baddie fr!! Such a fun dress/costume, so comfy, breathable, and CUTE. Well worth the cost, and delivery was super fast. 12/10!
