The ladder folds and unfolds easily. The steps are large and anti-slip. This makes it easy and safe to use. I like the “heavy” weight rating, it definitely feels sturdy. I like the tool tray, I use the holes to hold tools and extension poles. Like many shorter ladders it has a hand bar for stability and safety, it is padded. For a price below $100 it is a great value for a variety of uses. It seems the designers added many useful and safety features.

I’ve been needing one of these for so long and it took me awhile to actually buy it!I’m so happy with it.The assembly was minor. A few screws and done. The quality is heavy duty but lightweight. The steps are large so if you have big feet or used boots/shoes on it you won’t have to worry about space or it being too narrow. It’s a really thick plastic and has bumps for grip. Also, has rubber grid under each for that work really well with keeping the ladder still on wood flooring, tile and engineered flooring which i have all 3 types in my home and have used it on each.It’s easy to open and close. The bar is rather long which I like cause it gives me more stability when having to hold on. The tray is very handy. I have used this to pick fruits of my tree by placing loose fruit on the tray till I was done. I’ve used it to do touch up painting and also put dishes up in higher cabinets. All of which I can place on tray while I get up. It’s stable and reliable. It doesn’t rock or wobble when climbing up or down.I really like this step ladder. When not in use it folds up thin and can be stored out of the way. The handle allows it to be hung on hooks.I haven’t found anything about this ladder that I don’t like. It is a well made, well planned out step ladder. I would buy one again if ever needed. The cost was average to other step ladders.

Gets the job done. Sturdy enough and tall enough for me to hang curtains with these high Florida ceilings.

Much more rugged step ladder than the other two I tried after mine was stolen. But the top handrail, which has to fit into two side rails, doesn't align, it's half an inch too wide. It was a three-person job to get it in place. Yes, it is that rugged! It took two guys to pull the side rails part far enough to slide the top handrail in.

It supports my 230 pound body easily. Convenient and able to reach all the areas I need to get to. Comes mostly assembled.

Putting up wallpaper, drapes became so much easier with this step ladder. Height is perfect!

Easy to use, sturdy and stable. The tray / working platform came with the ladder came very handy in use.

Glad I didn't believe the Negative reviews...NO problem putting together (DID have to open the hole on the shelf support bracket... minor)...Other than that no problems putting together...Other than that, it was VERY Sturdy & Stable...
