Stellar service for an "easily damaged" part
I purchased one of these for my Kids battery operated 4-wheeler. Everything worked normally through a few uses but then the gear slipped and broke not sure if it was a manufacturer error or abuse by insane children who love to abuse their toys. I reached out and they shipped one out within 2 days. Couldn't be happier with the product. It works as designed and I've been happy with it since install. The product is good (can't call it great... small motor that turns gears) but I'm very pleased with this purchase and the service.

Worked perfectly in my son’s dune racer.
This was the perfect solution for fixing my son’s dune racer. 4 months later it’s still going strong. Highly recommend. Look how the old one was hooked up when you take it out and run the sequence in reverse to install the new one. Took 30 minutes tops.

Complete Garbage. Overheated and burnt up during first use.
Took the time to properly solder these to the original wires in our child's Dynacraft Tonka dumptruck then installed them in place of the original motor/gearbox units. The new motors lasted about 30 minutes. They burnt up and started emitting smoke before my child stopped the ride on. Afterwards, the motors were toast and did not work again. If I could give these 0 stars, that would be more accurate. The seller should be ashamed to charge money for these things.

It fit my Fisher-Price Power Wheels Hot Wheels Jeep Wrangler.Easy to install: I had to drill 2 hole to on the inside of the casing because unlike the original this was missing two threaded holes. You don't need to thread them after drilling. Just make sure to use a smaller drill bit than the hole needed.Value for money: These are a good value although they gear size is 19 teeth vs. 23 on the original motor.Time will tell if these hold up, but so far I rate them a 4.Please click the helpful button it this helps.

Great replacement for worn out gears.
We ordered two of these to replace the gears in our old power wheels barbie jeep. We had to modify the jeep just a little by cutting the hole bigger so the motor would fit. It has been working great. The kids use it in our backyard on the grass and it handles two of them riding just fine. We also have taken it camping and they rode around camp for long periods of time with no problems.

Didn’t last long.
These things are hit or miss. I hate to leave a bad review if I just got a bad item but it took a dump within 15 minutes of installing it. I spent almost an hour disassembling the power wheel and repairing it just for it to be broken again in 15 minutes.

They can't handle 20 volt
Don't buy if you have your Jeep hopped up. Motors only ran for two hours both of them burned up but I am running 20 volt Dewalt batteries

Didn’t work for us. Broke first try.
The part broke after first time using but after contact with company the issues were resolved. Not sure why it stopped working. Company 5 starspart 1 star
