I had previous written a critical review of this product after my use of it to clean my solar panels.It was an honest review. Afterwards I heard from the company acknowledging my dissatisfaction and expressing a desire to help deal with my dissatisfaction.I initially didn't take their efforts seriously but they persisted in asking how they could make it up for my dissatisfaction.Last night I requested they reimburse the money I spent, and today I see that the funds are being returned to my account.My kudos go out to this company for sticking by their word and settling up with me.In many companies it's only about the dollar and ethics takes a back seat.Not so here and I highly commend them for their actions.Hats off!

I bought this to clean off some of the solar panels that are on the roof. I found that to get the panels clean, then you need to scrub them once you spray in this cleaner solution.Luckily, I have a telescoping pole that I usually use to clean gutters that I can attach a soft brush to the end. I was able to use that to reach a couple lower panels.We have a 2-story home and I was unable to reach the higher panels. So, the product wasn’t useful for getting to clean those.If you have panels you can reach with a scrubbing brush, then this cleaner will work for you.

This is the best cleaning solution I've ever used.I put 1/2 oz. in 2 gals. of water and used it with a soft bristle brush (one used for washing cars) on the solar panels.Bird droppings have been a persistent problem ever since I installed the panels. Almost as if the birds are having a contest.Using this chemical, almost instantly, the bird droppings began to dissolve. With 2 or 3 more light swipes, the droppings were off the glass. These same droppings hardly dissolved at all when using water and a spray nozzle.Another plus, it also greatly reduced visible water spots that have been on the panels for some time.Out of curiosity, I also tried this for washing my car. The results were amazing.Using a soft brush, this solution even removed brake dust from my wheels, which usually takes a much stronger chemical. It dissolved bird droppings that had been on the car for over a week in the sun. Water alone, even with scrubbing, wouldn't even touch the droppings.And again, water spots that had been on the windshields for over a year were visibly reduced. I've tried all sorts of other chemicals to remove water spotting, but nothing has worked as well or as easily as Solar Spotless.With minimal effort, my car looked great. Almost like I had just taken it to a car wash.With minimal effort, I can maintain my solar panels in pristine condition. I highly recommend this product.

This cleaning fluid does the job to get the most out of my solar panels

Unable to make a decision. It didn’t work on my old flag pole light. 4 yrs old . Did I wait to long to clean it ?

I decided to order this environmentally friendly solar panel cleaner from PetraMax to see if it does a better job cleaning my solar panels than the telescopic water brush I've been using. It's a special soap concentrate that will make up to 166 gallons of solar panel cleaner that is applied with a brush or sprayer and then rinsed off.It took a bit of work but I figured out that 2-3 oz of Petramax works best on the foam gun's lowest setting. I first tried the Petramax followed by the water brush but that left the panels streaky with lots of still-dirty blotches. What worked best was rinsing the panels (no more than 4 at a time), foaming with Petramax, methodically scrubbing the panels from top to bottom with the brush, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water.With that technique the remaining sections of panels came clean very quickly with about 3oz of cleaner. I'd say that all-in-all they came out better than with the water brush alone.

I've been using this now on all my solar panels and it makes the coating much better and helps block out the sun from damaging them it cleans bird poop off easy Great value for the money it does a great job on the panels easy to use great directions
